PDFtron is a fantastic pdf tool with rich product offerings from annotations to signatures, it has got everything covered. Integration of web and SDKs was very easy.

The pre-sales technical support was excellent and made it really fast and easy to spin up a POC.

Vastness of the product is amazing. Still exploring new featured that are being offered and we could use in our project.

It's pretty, easy to setup and the tecnical support is very good.

We are very pleased to find that adding new features and migrating to a new version is so straightforward. The annotation tools are exactly what we needed for an internal document collaboration tool.

I sent them a screen shot with an error indicating that the switched of the license activator server.

I would strongly recommended PDFTron and the people behind the products.

Really disappinted about how pdftron is treating old Activepdf license buyers. I have a perpetual license that no longer activates because of not-working service from them.

The biggest gap is pricing transparency. It's confusing to understand what is included, what we have access to within our account, etc.

Also the fact that they don't just wrap another open source rendering engine like PDFium gave us confidence they had built their product from the ground up and had total control.

Enterprise level functionality but still easy to use.

When we started using them there were many features that were missing, however they have continually worked with us to improve the product and make it a better product suite.

PDFTron's Webviewer is a fantastic tool for working with PDFs in a web browser. The support and documentation is great, and the SDK is very flexible to fit many different use cases.

Correy and Johnna did an outstanding job of working with us to come up with a solution utilizing the PDFTron products. I am very impressed with the tenacity at which they approached the challenge.

Overall it's a great product and you have excellent customer support. I just need some better transparency and clarity on the pricing and inclusion of our current license.

The many different formats for the users is great. It integrates very well with our products and the screens are easy to capture.

ClickLearn Support is extremely helpful and responsive. Easy tool to publish guides of all business processes to share with users.

We also received incredible support with quick and really helpful assistance from a friendly team.

The ability to have 'in product' help for users when using D365 is a big benefit. The support we have received from the organisation has been good and I would recommend this product.

You have several options to delivery the training to your end users. Fantastic support and help from the support and client teams.

The most important value I think is the people who is aroung this product, because they always try to give you an excellent support and help on any need you could have.

We had a problem with the upload of our first big portal (over 7 languages), but got 24/7 support for it. Fortunately, this problem is no longer critical with the new ClickLearn.

The lack of editing functionality if required.

ClickLearn has proved easy to learn, and the text has been easy to translate across multiple languages. When issues have arisen, the support team has been great.

There have been very few issues using ClickLearn, one small frustration (now fixed) was integrating SSO.

There are so many things we love about ClickLearn. The way it integrates into IFS so the users see it as the first thing when they log in to the software.

Using the software allows the documentation of both customer processes and internal processes in a way that is time friendly, cost effective and which also looks amazing in terms of the end product.

Its a very easy and intuitive product to be used. You can save a lot of time for developing training content.

The move from Classic to Attain is a great improvement for the ease of use of the product.

So there is no more different content available in different places.

I think the customer support is very knowledgeable and is great at helping me through any of the nags I have come across.
