There are very few things I dislike about TotalCompliance. I have to say that, in regards to the user interface, it's a little rough.

Compliance Bridge is always willing to work with us on anything we need help with. Overall the product does what its supposed to and the back end is easy to navigate and use.

After customer support tweaked the software I  found it to be very user friendly. I still have difficulty with some features but overall I am pleased with the software.

I like the fact that our relationship with Compliance Bridge has grown. They are will to make adjustments in order to make our experience a better one, and we appreciate that.

CB support is stellar...available, timely, and helpful. The team welcomes feedback and enhancement ideas.

Our P&P's were very hard to manage the way we used to do it.

With the help of CB staff, we were able to build, test and implement their product seamlessly into our current systems. It is extremely user friendly and was fairly easy to implement.

I would have to say he biggest pro is their customer service. Being in IT customer helps is number one on my radar.

Another feature I absolutely love is tracking changes so all users can see what has been changed in a policy - so it appeals to the novice as well as the expert policy reader and writer.

We have had an overall great experience with Seismic. We have bi-weekly calls with our customer success manager who helps us understand different features and answer any questions.

The content library and bulk upload allows us to keep our sales enablement content clean, tagged and current. The integration with Salesforce and Outlook was simple to set up and deploy.

Incredibly hard to navigate compared to competitors.

Content manager can be a bit confusing and overwhelming. Our organization barely scratches the surface on what we can do with content manager so it's features are almost too complex.

I enjoy the accessibility of this software. It is great to find about any article within technology and provides great examples.

It is user friendly, customizable, and support staff is friendly.

I like that it can organize all my companies information in files. You can also share docs with a partner and both edit them which is nice.

The support staff is helpful and the training materials are very accessible and easily consumable. Seismic is a true partner and worth checking out.

Many times the email sent out are blocked by receivers email security. Often kicking email to spam.

I like how quick and easy it is to create a file that contains several documents and it allows me to see which marketing materials our clients find the most interesting and useful.

In addition, the Seismic support team has been awesome, they are readily accessible and able to handle all of our technical concerns.

The onboarding team has been amazing throughout our journey and we're very happy with the investment we've made - we're set see an amazing return.

Sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for. That could be more of a function on how things are titled.

I know that the information is the most up to date. When I want to find what is the best material we have to send to a customer that is where it will be found.

The problem is that we have no way of knowing today who has downloaded the app and who has not.

Overall the service is pretty good and the product works, I'm just not sure it's a solid enterprise solution.

We use Seismic as a centralized repository for many company documents spanning a variety of different areas of our business. They layout is great and easy to use and navigate through.

The only problem we have had is convincing the more stubborn members of the sales team to switch over from old school attachments.

It's very visual and the tagging and searching work well. It integrates well into Salesforce and content can quickly be downloaded.
