Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

We are overall happy with the offering from websell and would recommend to anyone with a B&M store wanting POS integration to their website.

I don't have time to manually adjust pricing and inventory levels. I really like the PAM Software application that goes with the website software.

Although most will probably be able to use the product with minimal effort, it may be more difficult for those who are not as technologically savvy.

Relatively simple to use once you understand the platform. Customer support has always been helpful and responsive.

The only cons were being in Canada, our payment processing options were somewhat limited.

Overall I have been working with Nitrosell for 14+ years and its been great. Over 14 years there are a lot of hurdles and changes and we have worked through them together.

Despite being a proprietary platform it feels like we have the flexibility of a self-developed, open-source website - truly the best of both worlds.

I like the fact that this product integrates with my current POS system - the set up of products is fairly easy and quick if you are a business that already inputs your data into your POS system.

Management is very easy once the user learns the processes. PAM is incredibly useful and Synch is fast.

The fact that I can integrated the website with the POS software (RMS, RMH). This makes the inventory management very easy.

Our customers have problems getting their orders to process when they have a PO Box as their address.

The most helpful thing about Websell is that it was already integrated with our existing point of sale system. The web orders come into our POS and all inventory is controlled in the POS.

Nitrollsell allows us to seamlessly use our pos system onto the www. Anyone considering going online must have qn integrated system and nitrosell is a fantastic choice.

I like the simplicity and easy to use aspect. I like that Nitrosell teaches you how to run it and I have control to do what I need to without always having to ask for help.

Nitrosell works seamlessly with our existing POS and the setup was quite easy. We trained our staff to use it in minutes.

NitroSell has been wonderful to work with. If there is a question or concern, they have a team of highly qualified individuals to help troubleshoot.

I still don't think it is quite as integrated as it was with RMS and I miss that but I won't know any different if I had only had Retail Pro the whole time.

Really found software user friendly & love the fact that have so much control over text & images & design etc.

Support is good would be nice to have one in Is time zone. Every person i have dealt with has been very pleasant.
