Excellent software, highly recommend!
We have been using P3 since 2015 and are constantly impressed with the software and customer care.
PROSConstant innovation and attention to the function as it relates to the daily operation of my field service business (Residential HVAC). They listen to what features work and what features I would like to see and they take that into consideration on new versions. I have personally seen multiple features I have requested put into operation. Integrates with Quickbooks.
CONSThe software is very robust and it takes time to learn how to use it to it's full potential, however, it it not difficult to use. The function is intuitive and bugs are quickly resolved by the developers.

Other softwares are prohibitively expensive.

We stayed with P3!!
Very pleased. We actually started looking for other companies when we were having problems, but P3 worked out all of the kinks and we are very happy with the product.
PROSP3 is easy to use, both in the office and for the technicians in the field. We love the reports we are able to run to show us where we are for the month.
CONSSyncing with Quickbooks Desktop was a pain, but it seems to be working much better now.

The customer support sucks. My rep never returns your calls. The systems locks up or fails .
All of our customers are now in one place and easy to look up
PROSHas nice colors, The pages are nice to look at even if they don't work correctly. Has videos you can watch even though they are outdated .
CONSHorrible setup. Service techs are always having to write hand tickets because the software has glitches or fails to finish. Had I known that you could only get tech support by email I would have never gotten this Picture Perfect Pricing software. Please be ware that they are very nice when you sign up but fail to help you when you have problems. We are always having to update the software due to malfunctions on there end.

Ronnie inaccurately portrays our software and his claims are absurd. We have tens of thousands of daily transactions from our clients that electronically process invoices, dispatch calls, manage service agreements, create equipment proposals and more. Ronnie has been with us since December of 2013 and still an active customer. When he first signed up we offered free phone support to all clients in addition to email support. However, as we rapidly expanded we could no longer offer phone support complimentary. In 2015, we changed the support policy, but gave Ronnie one extra year of phone support for being an early adopter. In 2016, he refused to upgrade to a support package that included phone support. Even after the decision we continued to take his calls for 6 months at which time we decided we had to enforce the support policy. To this day, Ronnie continues to request that the owner of the company take his support calls which is unrealistic with an entire team available.

Been using it for about 8 years. [sensitive content hidden] has been my point of contact and she is absolutely wonderful on her knowledge with the P3 product as well as getting it integrated with QBooks online
PROSThe ease of use and the fact they are always asking for product improvement suggestions and actually follow through with getting the added into the software
CONSNo phone integration and this is critical for marketing and tracking purposes

Picture Perfect Pricing has been an AWESOME TOOL for my HVAC business!
I started utilizing the software in 2011 with my first business R&R Refrigeration in Arizona, loved it!! Then I sold my business, and moved to Florida, opened my door here and immediately signed up again, because I LOVED it so much! My team is happy, we are plugging away and things are going great! I would definitely recommend the software to new businesses or existing who have been struggling to find a platform that is user friendly and works perfect for our needs! This is a fantastic value. This system has allowed us to grow significantly all while maintaining maximum efficiency. I highly recommend!
PROSThe biggest Pro is how much development they put into the product and all of the new features. They are updating it all the time and adding very useful functions. My customers love the email and text message notifications. My technicians like the intuitive flat rate, dispatch, and billing system - plus the ability to view all history allows them be be more efficient with less calls to the office. The ability to vote on new features!
CONSTo be honest, most functionality cons are addressed by the developer. Training for the techs could be better - there is a learning curve.

Great for startups and contactors
Gives you the ability to create invoices, manage customer information, create service calls and have it put on a schedule, user friendly, very customizable. Includes diagnostic checklists for customers.
CONSSome features are still not working correctly. Would like to see more customizing for invoices and diagnostics.

P3 hvac software review
It is definitely a great tool and it is being improved- but some of the priorities of the software teams are not the same priorities of those using the software, like ME.
PROSCustomer information storage and ease of providing estimates ( even though sometimes the profitability is - and may not be as desired due to unsure how the P3 HVAC software is calculating the pricing )
CONSNeed to be able to enter in MULTIPLE equipment brands to add to the lists of choices when providing customers with estimates. We use MULTIPLE BRANDS OF EQUIPMENT SUCH AS: Aspen, Trane, American Standard, Amana, Goodman, Daikan, Carrier, Payne, Comfortmaker, Lux Aire, ALLSTYLE, and others. There should be a way to organize these different brands of equipment and other material to make it easier to provide estimates ON THE FLY.

Mateo, We appreciate the feedback. We will have your account manager reach out to show you how you can offer multiple equipment brands on a single proposal. This is a cornerstone of our equipment proposal module - the ability to create any combination of equipment and equipment brands on a proposal. Overall, you can have up to 7 options on a proposal. Within each option you can have unlimited pieces of equipment or complete systems. The equipment and/or complete systems within an option can be the same manufacturer or any combination of manufacturers. For example, option 1 can include a Trane complete system for the upstairs and a Goodman condenser for the downstairs. Regarding pricing, you have the ability to let the software calculate the price of your proposal using settings that can be configured - like profit margin - or you can override it and set your own price. It is very flexible.

overall I'm pleased with the software, but as starting off as a one-man gang having to do everything I would love to see more automation in the software to eliminate some things off my plate, review management is very important to me, and to have that automated after an invoice is paid would be a great feature
PROSThe ease of use and the short learning curve involved, the great propasel options that you could create all with pictures.
CONSThere is no automation for reviews there is no automation when a job is created for tech, there are no push notifications, I think there should be more automation in this software that has such great features

At the time it offered what I need most at the time and that was a good, better, and best proposal and a flat rate price book, which was important in getting me started out the door and which is still important, but looking at more of an automation platform.

The pricing is great for staying they same. I love the estimate interface to present to customers.

my review
ease of use for adminstration and office personal
CONSwe can not see invoices without clicking on them which waste time, when searching for a invoice need a feature to put cursor over invoice and see tech notes...also with multiple work orders we can not make a new invoice and assign it to original tech. each work order has to be on its own invoice so when we break the techs notes down to do a invoice it has to go to a POL and not to the tech so they do not get credit for the call

Less time doing paperwork and being able to track past work on Jobs Helps
PROSIt intergrated with quick books and is flat rate
CONSEverytime a customer pays by CC online, the bill is marked paid. Then my bank downloads the actual deposit and it doubles the amont paid in Quickbooks. It has my Accountant pissed off as it has inflated all my accounts especially my checking account. My Accountant is coming out to set up my system the right way. The way mine was set up by P-3 has wreaked havoc on my books.

Professional software
P3 is a small business like me that understands and listens to what HVAC companies need to work smoothly with there invoicing/pricing software. They are always trying to improve there products and services which makes for a great company to deal with.
PROSVery professional software that is easy to use and designed to make you money and save time, helps keep your invoices and customer database organized. Easy to customize to my specific needs and pricing.
CONSSometimes it gets buggy and freezes up but that's rare/expected with apps and usually works fine after a reboot.

Outstanding product and customer service.
I recommend this software to all of the contractors I come in contact with. I really shouldn't. Without it they are at a major disadvantage!
PROSThis makes our service business much more streamlined and allows me to get information to my techs in the field with ease. We can record equipment information which can be analyzed at a later date to help us land more equipment sales. Couldn't live without it.
CONSNone to speak of. Any issues we have are quickly resolved by P3 customer service. The support and features are second to none.

We love that is a small company operating from Texas and that made them so great with the customer service, always replies within minutes and the help is always there, all the staff I have interacted is very knowledge and friendly
PROSWe do not need to re-search how competitors are charging per services and repairs since the flat rate tool is very accurate for our area
CONSthe navigation is missing, will hep to have the techs info how to get into the customer with just a click from the appointment details No compatible with Quickbooks online When we do a comparison of product would be nice if we can email to the customer instead that on by one proposal

P3 is a Game Changer!
P3 makes it seamless to find customer profiles, syncing invoices, and creating appointments. The team is very responsive and are willing to take on ideas on how to improve processes.
CONSWe would love an option, besides Global Payments, for payment devices for our technicians to take payments while in the field.

Great Software
My company has used this software since 2018. The help desk is very helpful and they follow up on any questions you have about the software. Plus, they are always updating the software to keep up with the industry!
CONSThe only thing I can think of is there are too many clicks to confirm an appointment etc.

Great Fit For My Company!
Overall this is a great product for a small to mid-sized company.
PROSThe software has easy tracking of several key performance indicators that really help monitor and grow my business.
CONSThe Equipment Sales Module is a great feature. However, it was a little cumbersome to set up initially.
