"Certain useful metadata fields are hidden and there is no access to the back end of the database to make edits (such as editing productions, and re-upload load files); there are limitations to perform various tasks (maximum 5,000 documents) -"

"That there is a litigation side and a discovery side and that they do not easily link or segue. That there are so many more steps to do something than most other databases. That you can't tag something and have the next document automatically tag/repeat the same tags, so have to code/tag each subsequent page/document separately."
