Overall, I've used this solution for multiple small business clients and it has been a mostly adequate solution.

The reports can be a little odd. I would rather that it just report the option that was chosen, rather than showing all the options with a YES or NO to indicate if that option was chosen.

Unfortunately, because of security threats, the services gets shut down sometimes by our institution. This is because of phishing warnings due to the use of the forms by free users.

I used the software to hire staff for our nonprofit. All the applicants who used the forms said they were easy to access and complete.

Lots of great features, support for multi-file upload, integration with WIX websites. Ability to manage the forms within the WIX framework.

It is a very good form builder software. A very good value for money.

This is a very easy to use, easy to set up software that delivers on most of what is required.

Pretty much everything is customizable, which helps us implement the product into our website to gather leads in a streamlined way.

When you try to delete multiple fields, you have to do it one by one, can't select multiple fields. Customer service is terrible.

They're liars and thieves. This was a planned money grab.

It also has multiple user support and also offers some great integration with other software tools like - Wix, Wordpress, Paypal, and many more.

This form builder tool is very easy to use and offers a very quick form building solution. Pricing is also good, provides a great User Interface, and is easy to understand the analytics dashboard.

I love the ease of use with 123FormBuilder. I have developed several forms for various clients, and they are able to capture data and have it imported directly into MailChimp.

Software is easy to set up and when I needed help, the support team was quick and effective.

Square 9 is the perfect fit for our existing customers already utilizing  Bizhub multi-function devices.

It has been difficult to set up workflows and scripts for a complex muti company use.

I don't believe this was ever set up correctly to begin with and now it's a mess to try to figure out what went wrong. 5 months in and we still don't get 80% out of the product.

The ability to access the software and add files, etc is very user friendly. It makes it very easy to train the end user.

Ease of use, reliability. I like how easy it is to search for documents and to export files.

Once documents are entered - it is very easy to search for information. The thumbnails add to the ease of searching.

Great program for keeping electronic copies of invoices. Integrates great with QuickBooks.

Reduction of physically stored paperwork as well as a reduction in lost paperwork.

Having the ability to create separate inboxes for each type of document made GlobalSearch a really good fit for us.

Awful, the reseller sold us support and have been awful to work with - very misleading presentation.

Square 9 is easy to use and allows us to search and locate our patient records and other documents faster then ever.

We have saved money and time by utilizing Sqaure9 software for our Accounts Payable System and streamlined a lot of processes along the way.

I like how easy it is to enter my documents into the system and that I can quickly locate a document when necessary.

This is a problem for me when I'm processing a large batch of files and need to test a new workflow or process a priority document.

Was easy to capture and classify documents by category, pretty good program for the money.

The flexibility of the configuration provides several benefits for document workflow automation increasing our customer's return on investment.

Sometimes it doesn't read quite well the documents or the separator marks miss something - at the same time, our documents are sometimes ripped or have writing on the text.

Day to day management and use is much easier with its Active Directory integration.

Ability to archive and secure documents amongst our many departments and divisions.

Pricing is reasonable, and support is responsive.

The benefits of digitizing our records into a easy to use system has been a blessing to say the least.

Viewing documents during the sorting process is challenging. The zoom in feature is difficult to maneuver.

What I love most about the Square9 suite of products is the integration and ease of use. We use both GlobalSearch and GlobalForms, and they work hand in hand.

I have never had an issue with the software or support and the support staff are AWESOME. I have attended several trainings in New Haven and always walk away energized to try something new.

So easy to maintain and for users to use the product. Great and quick customer support when there ever is a problem (rarely).

Overall our end users seem to like Square 9 and the management side is much more streamlined and intuitive than other products that we have used in the past.

The ability to alphabetize. The ability to make the screen pull up how many ever documents to fit our needs.

We have just started using the program and we love it. When it is operating to full capacity we will be very excited.

Concept is great and you can customize everything yourself. Global Search looks good but Smart Search needs improvement.

Easy navigation, ease of training other staff through smart search is very nice. General basic knowledge needed.

Fixes for those urgent problems do not happen as quickly as we need them done.

We have a backend system that can connect via REST api. They have a good documentation and sample on how to use the REST API.

Upgrades can be difficult as the client ans server need to be updated together and the client update need admin rights.

I can now negotiate, manage, and collaborate on contracts quickly and seamlessly, which has had a positive impact on my organization.

The benefits I received are organization for scanning documents into SmartSearch and easy to search for the documents. It is very user friendly.

Lack of logs to investigate issues and I have to go through a reseller as we are currently not an SQ9 partner.

Customer service is exceptional. Response time combined with the depth and breadth of knowledge by support is amazing.

It has been good and I hope we can continue to use them.

The desktop application runs much slower than the application on the server. Probably more of an issue with my network than anything else, but still annoying.

I love the options to customize searches and permissions. I like that I can do some level of customization without outside help.

The Square 9 bEST connector directly integrates with our devices, simplifying scanning, indexing, and searching of documents from the panel.

I enjoy the ability I have to customize it to my needs. I know I have just touched the surface of what my software has the ability to do.
