  • Pros

  • The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.
  • On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.
  • Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

  • The initial setup was a little time consuming, but once everything was uploaded, all of our information is there and readily available. The assets are very easy to access.
  • I love how Tenna works overall and I love being able to track my equipment, inventory, and tools in one place with a lot of the data easy to get too.
  • Cons

  • Hard to incorporate two steps for work orders; Not as easy to write maintenance records without having to create a work order first.
  • Inability to sort the display to show the equipment in numerical order on I Phones.
