Errors while start using production version and modules one by one. Errors are resolved timely, but it will impact on production setup and release process.

It works good but need improvement in product.

The worst thing about CaliberLIMS is that it is not exactly user friendly to use. May be the modules can be compacted for a proper flow during operation and during setup.

Less user friendly and poor presentation of report/audit trail with limited sorting/filtering functions. Poor notification/alert system for pending activities in all modules.

The things that I most liked about CaliberLIMS is that all the required features are available by default and it is the decision of the lab on what additional features to add.

Its good to use when we have full fledge instrument connectivity and all the modules were connected.

I wish caliber can progress and make effective impression as currently SAP is in every pharma and non-pharma sector.

The other thing that I do not like about CaliberLIMS is the lack of a proper tracking system or a proper notification system.

The main business problem that was solved is the increment in the productivity of the users.

Overall rating wise good to use, still much more improvement necessiated.

There are a lot of unacceptable bugs or design flaws in the software that should have been caught during their QC or QA testing.

Have multiple users with different levels of comfort with technology and hearing more and more from group that so glad that set this up for this research project.

In the beginning eLab was a bit difficult to learn and a proper training by eLab is advisable to make sure you are using eLab at its full potential.

It is also seamless across our different labs and allows us to easily move between species and topics. The tool has also been easy to accommodate our rapid growth in researchers over the years.

Entries are accessible when needed to be shared with other laboratories or departments and with the eLabInventory integration, it's easier to keep track of and know the components of an experiment.

If you are looking for a clean and simple eLN: eLabjournal is a great choice, especially for start-ups like us.

Their superb customer service needs praise on its own.

Customer support has been excellent. Always quick to respond when have questions or requests, and so very willing to work with us to customize the system to our needs.

The included inventory software is very useful in order to track your stocks. Especially when this is not set up yet for your group/lab.

The interface has generally been quite intuitive and easy to maneuver, and customer support is responsive and helpful if a user runs into problems.

I don't like filling out a table. It's hard to move down a column since the only way to do it is by clicking into each box.

Frequent users will start to see issues with flexibility in correcting erroneous details of entries (not yet finalized), or setting up high-functioning templates for repeated experiments.

Our end-users are very happy with the solution and we are receiving positive feedback. The team around Zareh is very knowledgeable about their product but also about the current market and trends.

This doesn't seem to impact the integrity of sample records, but can be annoying when working with a lot of sample records.

The system, the support staff, and the price are all wonderful.

The interface to print labels is very hard to use.

The barcode printing part never worked and then they discontinued a certain type of labelprinter. With a non-functioning barcode part, the inventory management part was also useless for us.

Being involved with the deployment of eLab for our inventory management was pretty streamlined and straightforward. The user interface is friendly and well adopted by our various lab teams.

When we implemented the software in 2020, some of the menu items and navigation seemed disjointed and not exceptionally intuitive.

When we bought into it, it seemed to be the most advanced and user friendly product on the marked.

Furthermore, I enjoy the Inventory a lot, as I can easily find back all my samples quickly.

And, the support team is top notch: fast and effective guidance for help to address more advanced challenges.

Table or list based viewing and editing can be a pain. E.g. entering many new samples to the inventory for largely overlapping yet different properties is a time consuming task.

Integration of the system is the daily work at the company has been decently easy.

ELAB is definitely keeping everything from project planning, data, and inventory very organized and very accessible. The customer service from the company is also great.

I have used eLab Journal for nearly two years, it has very good user interface and easy options to maintain a electronic lab journal.

The eLabJournal software was incredibly fast set-up, everything was ready in two days. Very nice customer service in that sense.

Everybody in the team can contribute with individual experiments and still everything is organized into the same project/study, which makes tracking the overall progress really easy.

We have had great success with inventory managment, and eLab is big part of it.

Likewise, the pricing was very competitive and the team at eLab has been very responsive and pleasant to work with.

As such, the pricing is in an very effective position to enable those same small biotech companies to acquire and use their software efficiently.
