I find that sending documents and making templates is very intuitive. I didn't have to learn anything new or think too hard to start using the product whatsoever. As you know this is important for anyone in finance as we prefer to keep our brains in the "off" position :) Cons: I've had a couple insurance companies that only allow a certain few approved companies for their e-sign services. I find this annoying since BlueInk has all necessary certification features (and more than some of the approved options) but that's how the business world is sometimes! It's very useful for many of my clients that have access to cellphones but not computers in getting documents signed.
