I find that sending documents and making templates is very intuitive. I didn't have to learn anything new or think too hard to start using the product whatsoever. As you know this is important for anyone in finance as we prefer to keep our brains in the "off" position :) #### Cons I've had a couple insurance companies that only allow a certain few approved companies for their e-sign services. I would look into having multiple template options. They aren't forced to use a computer or complete the documents after creating secure passwords. They simply receive the documents on the platform that works best for them. The software guides them directly to the sections they are tasked to complete and once completed, they "finish" their part of the process and then, once everything is complete, they're presented with their copy which they store in a format and in space they are already familiar with #### Cons The only thing we didn't like about the Blueink platform was that we didn't completely realize how flexible it was and we made changes to self made templates we had already sent out in order to make them flow more easily and offer more explanations for our customers. Even though some customers received what appeared to be a similar form multiple times, they all appreciated the clarity and the ease of completing the forms multiple times. #### Reasons for choosing Blueink Full featured trial w/ no time restrictions, great chat & customer support #### Reasons for switching to Blueink The other options we experimented with were cumbersome and proprietary and forced the end-user signers to create accounts and passwords and sign in to services, (what was that password again - oops, special characters [but only certain ones] oops, forgot the capital letters, oops the password needs to be 16 characters, oops can't repeat the same character more than 3 times, oops can't reuse passwords, oops, now I have to get an email since this email address has been previously used) ...where Blueink simply guided them to the signatures, dropdowns and initial spaces they needed to complete. Then guides them to the big green FINISH box, then sends them the completed document to store in the way that best fits their workflow. #### Vendor response David, thank you for the in-depth review and feedback. I operate a large program of 200+ students a semester. Each student is required to have paperwork signed by three separate parties. Being able to send these documents in bulk saved me weeks of work. #### Cons I would like to see a more robust file management system on the back end for users/administrators. It would be great to be able to customize the way files are stored and organized in the dashboard. Specifically, being able to move completed files to another location so you can more directly monitor in-progress files. #### Reasons for choosing Blueink Product features were better and the price was more affordable. #### Reasons for switching to Blueink The quality of features that my program requires in a digital signature platform is set. Also, the "add field" list does not stay put when you scroll the document. So when you scroll down the document to find the correct location for the signature block, you have to then scroll back up, click correct field box, scroll back down to correct location, click again to set the box. This feature has increased my productivity by giving me my time back that was previously spent driving all over town (and to other towns) getting signatures. Parents love this feature because they no longer have to come in just to sign my forms. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Someone responds to me almost immediately. It was easy to begin using this product as opposed to my previous product.
