They are generous in providing free documents to try out their platform. The signing process was flawless for our board members. Their API is designed well - we liked their front-end support and backend (API) support so well we implemented a backend pipeline to integrate with them within a few days. Their customer support was excellent and efficient. Very key for us was the ability to have a unique Envelope identifier stamped on each page by their platform rather than simply a signing page at the end. This shows a chain of custody which we needed. #### Cons I really don't have any complaints about SignWell. I also appreciate how easy it is to send updated contracts, in the case I need to make changes after I've sent the first. #### Cons One quirk that I noticed is that immediately after I send the contract, I receive an email notification that the contract has been viewed by the client, which is not the case.
