It is actually hard to pick one thing that I like most about this software -- there are several things that are excellent: it is easy to use (once you learn how, which is not difficult), it allows us to collect secure and valid signatures by email without extra scanning, it sends automatic reminders to our outside signers, so they get prompted by the system instead of us needing to find a polite way to ask if they've reviewed the document yet, AND it has an audit trail so I can see exactly when the signature request was made, when the reminder went out, and if it has/has not been signed. I could not go back to the way we did this before!! Cons: I have to think to come up with a negative for this review -- I would have to say that some of the menu items could be a little clearer. Perhaps it would be nice if there were little "hover notes" that could be toggled on and off, that would tell the user what a menu item is for. When you have to pay for each packet you send with other products, you find yourself finding reasons why you shouldn't use the platform so that you can avoid the cost. This product allows me to get everyone (even people outside of my organization) to sign documents, quickly and with great ease. Cons: I would love some sort (like 1-2 min) videos to share with my teachers and staff on how to use the product. I also don't like that I misspelled a name wrong once, and I can't seem to edit it back to the correct persons name. This means I can't use the autofill feature. You need to click and drag signature, date, and more. You can save signer info to use it in the future. The audit trail is easy to read. Cons: I'm working with about 200 students. I can not track individual student completion as a list on a page. I need to go and check them.
