The interface with our collection software makes the product great and a wonderful addition to our software. Their new web portal is easy to use.

I logged the issue and almost in seconds I got a response and I knew someone was working on our problem. And they don't stop until it is done.

Easy to research payments & excellent reporting. Selected a hosted financial system in 2015 that has PDC4U integrated.

I like the use and the ease of this software. It is very easy to explain how to use to other users as well.

My only complaint might be a personal problem. If i send an e-mail for help, they call.

The interface is very easy to understand, and my favorite feature is the Audit Trail, which is really comprehensive and so helpful when keeping track of documents that have a lot of signers.

I also don't like that I misspelled a name wrong once, and I can't seem to edit it back to the correct persons name. This means I can't use the autofill feature.

The inability to replace the underlying document once you have marked it up with fillable fields.

The little signature block has a tendency to jump up and down and not go smoothly onto the line on the document consistently.
