Sign Now has saved me so much time and made putting contracts together for all my clients very easy!
It saved me a lot of time and has made me look very professional with all my clients.
PROSIt is very straight forward and easy to use for me and my clients. I can upload and contract, addendum, etc and easily modify it and then set it up for my clients to initial & sign.
CONSIt is tough to target where text will go and I usually have to adjust it some after adding to a contract.

SignNow Helped Eliminate Lag Time in Contract Signing
Overall our experience has been great, and I enthusiastically recommend signNow. The primary function of the software is great - we can easily add fields and get documents sent off for signature, and have had no complaints or concerns from users on how to complete their online signatures.
PROSSignNow gives us the ability to conduct business online, which became critical during Covid-19 and, frankly, helped push us more fully into the digital age. Our clients love being able to review and sign documents from home, and we've saved a considerable amount of lag time between creating documents, mailing them to the clients and having them sign or mail them back. Half our younger generation clients don't have printers, or scanners, but are quite happy to sign online, and with signNow, so are we. The software is super easy to use in adding signature and other fields, and gives all parties copies of the executed documents, which saves us another step on the back end too.
CONSThere are multiple tiers of product available, and we've chosen the lowest tier. The features we like least may be available in the premium package options, so take this with a grain of salt. But I would like to have clients able to upload documents. To have the software remember past customer's names, not just emails (we have to manually type them in, each time, right now). To customize the subject line of messages. To upload word docs and separate PDFs into one signature item, vs having to PDF and merge prior to uploading.
Reason for choosing signNow
SignNow was more affordable for very similar features, and we chose signNow as our ongoing partner for this reason.

100% disappointed
The software works fine but it is very deceptive
CONSI am a small business owner of a summer camp. I have 60 campers for which i used sign now to sign documents. Since i have 6 documents they have the nerve to charge me for 6 unique invites per camper or a total of about 480 invites. The software only entitles you to 100 users and then 180 per 50 invites afterwards. Add that up. Don't use their product if you might be using multiple documents because they will rip you off!

Ira hi! Very sorry to read this! Have you tried our Support about this? There surely is a workaround. The easiest solution that comes to mind right away is to merge those six documents so that each signer gets one eSigning invite, not six. We understand your frustration here but honestly, if you compare our pricing beyond the 100 limit with the competition, we are still offering a much better price (we've checked multiple times). Great value for cost
digitizing the signing process. saving paper and time and adding convenience to our clients.
PROSwhen it works as planned, it offers a lot of convenience to our business. every transaction in our industry requires about 20 pages of investor disclosures and signatures. SignNow allows clients to easily complete this process from their computer or mobile device. saves a lot of time, saves a lot of trees, and both our office and client get a PDF Copy when complete.
CONSsometimes there appear to be technical glitches where it does not work as planned. usually we just have to wait till SignNow has update a fix and then works again as expected. but this is sometimes and inconvenience. if this is resulting from user error on our end, I would to know and be put in touch with a training person so we can address this.
Reasons for switching to signNow
Docusign basically offers the same features, but was more expensive.
