SignNow is a cloud-based e-signature solution for small, midsize and large businesses. It provides form templates, email notifications, two-factor authentication and several export options.
Built-in templates can be used to setup the document, and may also be customized per user requirements. The software maintains an audit log that displays the entire document creation and signing history for verification purposes. Users can also view the details such as IP addresses, date of signing and the device used for creating or signing the document.
Mobile apps for Android and iOS devices enable users to complete documents remotely. Custom branding, bulk send tools, a kiosk mode for mobile use and the creation of signing links are also included. SignNow can be integrated with programs such as Salesforce, Office 365, Google Apps and Google Drive.
SignNow is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via online knowledge base.

The product is easy to use and simple for basic needs. I don't have experience with any other programs, but I would think it is slightly more limited if you need any complex features.
The customer service for this product is essentially non-existent. I submitted an urgent issue to SignNow's support team via email on January 29 and didn't receive a reply until MARCH 6. They also 'claim' to not have a support phone line, or an email, but I have found both at this point.

Easy to use for the most part. The layout is good and and east to use . It is straight forward for signing documents.
I spent hours online wading through the FAQ’s and still couldnt find answers. Left multiple emails with support that were never returned. No option for phone support. The fact that the titles or fields cannot be edited when creating the documents and templates was really frusterating-

Can sign on you phone or tablet, and it looks like a real wet signature. It does not put any box or other marker that identifies a digital signature, so it looks like you really signed the document.
Sometimes the signature stamps can be hard to place or size, but I have only had this happen a few times.

SignNow has all the features of the heavyweights in the digital signing market for half the price. It's simple and intuitive to use and is a great one stop solution for all your digital document signing needs.
I've only identified one major flaw. When you want to create a document template with one signature section already completed e.g. If you regularly send out the same document and want to have your company section pre-signed and dated to speed up the signing process, then the date stamp is not able to automatically change. So if I make a template on the 4th July it will stay on that date no matter when I send the document, which defeats the point in having a predated template. The preset date is also in American date format and there doesn't appear to be a way to change this. This is strange as for the other party signing you are able to select EU/USA date format. To work around the problem we just have the signature and title sections pre-completed and manually enter the date. However, it's a tiny flaw of what's otherwise a fantastic product.

SignNow is a solid option for document signature management, especially for the price. The pricing options are extremely competitive.
The software has a little bit of a learning curve when compared to similar options I've used, but all in all it works fine.

Sames a ton of time getting documents filled out, signed and sent back.
I can load any document I want and send to anyone for filling out and signing. I have used this software to create a "digital" version of our company new employee application. I used to have to email the app, they would have to print out, fill out and scan back in (many people do not have scanners). Now I can send the app to anyone and they can easily fill out on the computer and send back fast. Any company policies I have to send out for signature results in fast returns as document signing with this software is quick and painless. They click the link in their email and go directly to the document. The software literally guides them with arrows to each part to fill out.
There is a great variety of options from adding text boxes, date boxes and drop down menus right on your document. You can even select if the entry is required, meaning they cannot submit until they enter something, or optional, for if that section does not apply to them.
The software will send you an email with the document as an attachment once they have signed.
Keep in mind that longer documents with lots to fill out will take some time to set up as a template, since you have to literally position a text, date or signature box at each spot you want filled out.

I can recommend this product to sales managers, who has a big amount of contracts to sign. Dramatically saves time and funds.
This app helps increase performance of sales managers by saving their time, which used to be spent on travelling and signing papers with pen.
Very slow customer support, not free, editor could have much more features. Still waiting for response.

I'm all about the intersection of fee and function - and Sign Now is the perfect mix. Sure, it's not the best online signature app out there ... but it does everything I need and only costs a few bucks per month.
I would like the fields to be a bit prettier. And the interface could be a bit more modern. But really, minor complaints.

It makes it much easier to get contracts signed. The time and workload that it reduced is remarkable.
They have restrictions on re-naming files once they're uploaded. Also, once you add field to a document, you can't go back and edit them -- they become a part of the document. This has caused me to have to start over numerous times.

Frees up a lot of time. No sending back and forth of contracts, no discussions on how to sign it. The software just takes care of it.
I love that it's so easy to sign, and that's the most important part. Clients sign my coaching agreement contracts in no time at all, even for the most technologically-challenged. I then get my signed pdf as a download for me to keep within the client folder.
I don't have anything to really complain about, but I supposed if I were to be really picky I would say that the interface could be improved to something more intuitive to use.

My favorite feature of the software is the ability to upload a PDF to the website and invite others to sign electronically. It makes life really easy for us to have clients sign the service agreement before we get out to their house.
The thing I like the least is the fact that I am paying for the service multiple times because I subscribed through the App Store on my iPad and I also am paying for the service through their website. I need to deal with this but always forget.

The online version seems to be more difficult for me to use. Not sure if I'm Justus to operating the app or what.

Still lets you send and sign docs at a cheaper price
I like that its easy to use and not a bunch of fluff that gets in the way of you doing what you need to do at work.
I think they are missing a few things that docusign has. and sometimes when a document is sent it doesnt get to the person its supposed to go to and the doc is not in the spam folder either. So at times you will have to resend or even have the person make up a new email just to get the document

It allows us to create and send digital agreements
The customization of the agreement templates is very appealing. It allows us to create agreements that look just the way we want.
We can't get customer support to fix a glitch in the software. In the dialog box that pops up when our agreement is loaded, it's stuck on a person's name for all the agreements. I've tried to find a phone number or way to contact SignNow, but I can't see how to do it, at least not easily.

It helps when having my clients sign up for my services.
I like the ease the software has to have others use and sign my documents. I also enjoy the expiration feature.
The only issue is I wanted to upgrade the software to the higher one but I was informed I would have to pay full price even though I just wanted to upgrade.

Time savings!
This app saves me hours every month. I used to print out invoices, requests, etc., sign them, scan them back in, and then send back to the requestor. Now, I can take care of all of that on one easy to use app.
Nothing, this app works flawlessly for what I use it for. The only potential feature that I would like to see added is the ability to store notes or other text for frequent use.

With buyers and sellers all over the country and the globe, being able to sign listing and purchase agreements electronically is a must. SignNow is convenient, easy to use, and my clients love it. Being able to use the app on my mobile device has changed my business for the better. I will never look back!
If I could change one thing about the software, I would add an auto-populate setting on iPhone to where you wouldnt have to type in the destination email address every time. If the contact isnt in your existing phone book, you have to type in the email address manually. Thats fine, but its easy to transpose a letter or number and then have the incorrect signer.

Ease of use. No time at all to get your documents signed. Its very simple and takes an extra minute to get your document into the app and done.
No issues at all. We've been using this software for several years now and the only possible complaint could be that some people want wet signatures and there is nothing really that the company can do to fix that problem. Could be cool if there were more integrations with other apps as well.

I like that you can insert signatures with the touch of a button, you can customize the date, you can add checkmarks easily, etc.
I don't like that you cannot edit a document once its saved. I also think that the compatibility with other programs like dropbox and one drive could be improved to make it easier to upload things. I wish you could save signatures.

I regularly need to have contracts signed, both my own contracts with my clients and contracts with third parties that I am working with. Sign Now makes it so fast and easy to finalize contracts. From uploading documents to downloading them into PDF's, it's super simple.
I've been using Sign Now for over two years and so far I have not found anything to be a 'con' or lacking within the product

Ease of use. Even Clients in their 80's can do this. I also like that initials/signatures come through without some kind of 'stamp'. They look original.
I wish that the 'signers' didn't have to set up an account. In time sensitive situations, it can be arduous.
