SignNow is a cloud-based e-signature solution for businesses of all sizes. It provides form templates, email notifications, two-factor authentication and several export options.

Built-in templates can be used as-is, and may also be customized per user requirements. The software maintains an audit log that displays the entire document creation and signing history for verification purposes. Users can also view the details such as IP addresses, date of signing and the device used for creating or signing the document.

Mobile apps for Android and iOS devices enable users to complete documents remotely. Custom branding, bulk send tools, a kiosk mode for mobile use and the creation of signing links are also included. SignNow can be integrated with programs such as Salesforce, Office 365, Google Apps and Google Drive.

SignNow offers a free trial and is available for purchase on a per user per month basis. Users also have access to a support site.

Up there with the best for half the price!

Pros

SignNow has all the features of the heavyweights in the digital signing market for half the price. It's simple and intuitive to use and is a great one stop solution for all your digital document signing needs.

Cons

I've only identified one major flaw. When you want to create a document template with one signature section already completed e.g. If you regularly send out the same document and want to have your company section pre-signed and dated to speed up the signing process, then the date stamp is not able to automatically change. So if I make a template on the 4th July it will stay on that date no matter when I send the document, which defeats the point in having a predated template. The preset date is also in American date format and there doesn't appear to be a way to change this. This is strange as for the other party signing you are able to select EU/USA date format. To work around the problem we just have the signature and title sections pre-completed and manually enter the date. However, it's a tiny flaw of what's otherwise a fantastic product.

The thing I like most about the software is how easy it is to pickup and learn to use it. You will be able to take your experience and teach any new user.

Cons

I am a user that transitioned from DocuSign. SignNow is missing a handful of things that is in DocuSign.

Easy to obtain signatures

Pros

Really easy to use to send documents out for signature. The notification system is good. Love that I can share templates with my team - it saves everyone a lot of time. I can also keep templates saved that only I can see and use.

Cons

Adding text to a document isn't very accurate in the placement. I find I have to move more than 50% of the boxes I add to put them in the exact place they need to be. I also tend to overwrite the templates, instead of adding a signer which creates a new document - this should be harder to do.

Being able to recieve signatures and notifications through email to be able to click off any outstanding task needed to be done for a file.

Cons

Not being able to click and paste text into the file, as there are notes to be put in, and having to manually type does waste a lot of time.

SignNow's interface is simple and easy on the eyes. There are a few quirky things to get used to if you're setting up a document with multiple fields to fill out, but overall, it's user-friendly and a great value for the price.

This program has taken the effective time of meeting with a client, as they can get this done at anytime in their own convenience, and also ease of storage, where documents are stored within SignNow, and also emailed directly to your linked account once the person who needs to sign, has completed the task.

As compared to other top e-signature products on the market, you cannot beat SignNow. SignNow has exceptional quality, is extremely easy to use, includes multiple features and functionalities that others do not, nor can you beat the price!

Using SignNow has been incredibly helpful in moving towards a paperless business model. The app is very easy to use, and the integration with most major cloud storage providers is a huge plus. Since adding SignNow to our business model, we've found that not only does it reduce the amount of paper that we need to keep on hand, but it's a huge benefit to our clients. The sophistication of providing them all their details signed, and in electronic format provides them with a stored and searchable document in their email, as well as impresses them in the process. If you frequently deal with needing to sign documents, I would highly recommend incorporating this into your business model.

As a landlord and a tv producer, I use sign now to quickly and efficiently send and get contracts signed. I've been able to eliminate the need to print a document, get it signed and then scan it in to digital archives. I can personalize a contract in minutes, specify the areas for people to sign, send the contract by email and receive it within minutes. I also love the template feature that allows me to upload one contract and send it to multiple users - each user signing and sending back the same contract. It saves me from redundant busy work ... can't stress enough the convenience and efficiency of sign now.

Cons

I have found all my needs are met - also customer support is responsive to my needs and / or suggestions
