SignNow is a cloud-based e-signature solution for small, midsize and large businesses. It provides form templates, email notifications, two-factor authentication and several export options.

Built-in templates can be used to setup the document, and may also be customized per user requirements. The software maintains an audit log that displays the entire document creation and signing history for verification purposes. Users can also view the details such as IP addresses, date of signing and the device used for creating or signing the document.

Mobile apps for Android and iOS devices enable users to complete documents remotely. Custom branding, bulk send tools, a kiosk mode for mobile use and the creation of signing links are also included. SignNow can be integrated with programs such as Salesforce, Office 365, Google Apps and Google Drive.

SignNow is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via online knowledge base.

    So easy to use and simple for your clients to sign docs too.

    Cons

    Its' fantastic and I recommend it to a lot of people. They should have an Outlook add-in I think is the only thing I can think of. Also, you should be able to save template items you always put into certain documents.

    People don't have printers anymore. And those that do, either ran out of ink or ran out of paper weeks ago. Having the ability to simply sign docs digitally is extremely helpful to keep business moving.

    Clients use this all the time to sign docs. Can do digital signature or custom signature. I love it, and so do my clients. Mobile friendly.

    N/A. My experience with SignNow has been pleasant. Been using it for over 4 years, and use it weekly.

    Pros

    I loved how easy it is to use compared to products like Docusign. I also prefer the signature feature to that of Adobe Acrobat.

    Cons

    I really didn't have any cons other than I was able to find a product that incorporated the signature feature with other features that I needed being in the real estate field. I have decided that I will continue with SignNow just because of how easy it is to use.

    I use SignNow primarily for for research purposes. It has been a huge facilitator in obtaining signatures for required form and letters. I see more and more people from my institution using SignNow due to ease of use, reliability, and utility. Love this product!

    Ease of use, easy to learn, the ability to send for multiple signatures, and cross-platform ability

    Cons

    SIgnNow is a bit pricey but saves time and paper!

    Overall, I like SignNow. It's not the best service out there, but the price quality ratio is fair. I'm a photographer and it totally changed the way I do business. I can easily make clients sign the contract before our session and collect a retainer, which wasn't possible before.

    Pros

    You can easily and quickly get clients to sign contracts online. It totally changed the way I do business now!

    Cons

    The customer service is very poor. It takes weeks to get a problem solved. Some clients have trouble signing contracts on certain devices and don't want to download the app.

    SignNow makes it easy for me to send contracts back and forth between my clients. Instead of waiting on contracts to get signed via the mail, I can send and sign them electronically, instantly!

    I haven't had any issues with this software. My clients prefer it over signing via the mail.

    By far, the simplicity and ease of use of the product was second to none. I load a file, sign or add text/date, save and download.

    Loved the free offering they started to coincide with limited and basic needs. Contemplating the new pricing format vs. other options such as Adobe's product.

    Was using often to sign documents with my EU partners. Stopped to use after Apple added similar functionality to iOS.

    easy to use and to control documents for signature

    Pros

    Extremely easy to create documents for signature. Super easy for signers to sign. Keeps very good control of the steps where every document is. So easy to use that we started using it as a PDF customized form filler!!!

    Cons

    The archiving system is not the gratest. Connectivity with google drive is possible, but it requires an extra step

    I think the best part of this platform is the ability to organize the folders as needed and move contracts around.

    Cons

    One major area of improvement is the lack of editing ability. I feel there should be an ability to edit, even if that requires initials from the signees. If we find an error down the road, we have to download the file, edit it and reupload. It just becomes a pain, but is doable.

    SignNow is a tool for our clients to make a deal with our company in a timely manner. It is easy to hand on and do the smooth transaction. PDF download helps us to keep the records.

    There is a couple times that system is done. Our customers link to their site but they can't do the e-sign. It slows down the whole transaction.

    Pros

    Signnow removes one of the hassles of doing business from multiple locations. As our staff is located all over the world, it allows us to easily and officially sign agreements and contracts anytime, anywhere.

    Cons

    As it relies on email notifications and confirmations, it can sometimes fall victim of spam filters, particularly if you are engaging someone with it for the first time. This can lead to additional back-and-forth.

    So we had been looking for a online document signing software for our equipment rental company. we had a couple criteria, first was the ability to have the cudtomer upload a picture of their ID and Proof of insurance to verify their Identity. Also we needed it to be legally binding, and for it to be reasonably priced as we are still pretty small and rentals are only a portion of our revenue and wouldn't justify a month subscription some of the other software we looking at had. This fit the bill and more. Glad we switched.

    Cons

    I only wish the ability to create a link was also included in the lowest price plan. Its not worth it to use to drop another /year on this software for just that feature so we will stick with the lower plan. Other than that all the other feature are really fantastic.
