SignRequest is a cloud-based electronic signature solution that enables clients to sign documents online. It is suitable for businesses of all sizes in any industry.

A document can be uploaded and signed by multiple people. The service can be used for various types of document formats, such as Microsoft Word and PDF, and is accessible on desktop or mobile devices. SignRequest is also available in multiple languages.

Users can add company logos, names and colors to documents. They can also create templates for gathering signatures. Document status overviews and notifications keep users informed about who has signed a document, and SignRequest can be integrated with other services such as Gogle Docs, Gmail, Salesforce and more.

SignRequest offers online tutorials, and it includes telephone, email and online support. Pricing is per month.

The free version is the best option on the market at the moment. I am a very small business and cant afford to purchase other version of similar products which are better.

Pros

Fast and efficient way of gettings documents signed.
I really like the reminder emails at a click of a button
Easy to add signature boxes/tick boxes/dates ( which can be prefilled)

Cons

On the free version, you can only add one document.
You can't edit the email address once sent you need to start again.
The size of the text field looks very harsh and brutal. The font should look more visually appealing and should be able to select a size.
There is no option to add a print name field only a text field

I like the automation of the entire process of contracts signing. It is an intuitive and nicely designed tool. All the contracts in one place, sent out to all the parties, including all the details that are needed. In case of mistake it is possible to withdraw the document and it's no longer available.

Cons

It is possible to send the uploaded pdf without preparing it so without added place for the signatures. It happened a few times for me that I clicked too early and sent it out like that. There could be a pop-up asking you if you're sure you want to send the document without adding fields. Or after the upload the document could be opening up for editing.

Returning a signed document is just a few minutes away! Just upload your autograph once and every document is signed in a few clicks.

Cons

It would be great to have a Sign-request app so I can sign documents while i'm on my way to the next appointment!

Pros

Easy to use with Google Docs. I like that it sends a copy to me and the person who signs it through email. I also like if I need to I can have someone sign in person, which makes it much easier than having to go print something out and then scanning it in or risk losing it.

Does what I need, minimum e-signs on docs for free. Only free option i know. I use it weekly for signing timesheets and so far it has worked.

Cons

The fields have difficult formats. Date and signature fields do not line up well with the boxes I try to place on documents.

I like how when there is something to sign it Pops up right next to your emails when you can sign something.

Cons

I Cannot get the date stamp to move once I place it. When working from a tableb this becomes very dificult.

Less paper use. Quicker process for our contract agreements.

Pros

The software is quick and easy to use. I also like that I can see immediately when someone receives, views or signs the document.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is if you have to delete your document to edit, you lose your notes and email address it's going to, so you have to re-enter everything. Not a big problem though. I just save, copy and paste it back in.

Saves me and my clients loads of time, and the hassle of traveling. Absolutely great to have legal documents signed. I am able to see when my client have reviewed the document, and when they have signed it. And when it is signed, it is legally binding.

Pros

I like that this product is very intuitive. Not only do I find it intuitive, but so do my clients. I can instantly see when my clients have looked at the document, and I get notified when they sign it. I can then save the document as a pdf or print. My clients used to have to drive down to my office every time I needed them to sign a new document. Now I offer this service, and it saves us both time.

As I work remotely, sending contracts to get signed is imperative for my job, and this software makes getting contracts signed easily for myself and for my clients

Pros

I like that I can go back through the logs of sent contracts and see who has signed and who has not. This is extremely valuable for me.

Cons

I find that the message I include is often missed easily by people I send contracts to, I feel it may be easily missed.

I receive back more signed agreements overall because people do not have to print out something, sign it, and then scan it back to me. It also streamlines the process for both the customer and I so it takes me less time to make and it saves them time so I get things back faster.

Pros

I like that it allows the customer sign what I need them to with ease. Before we decided to start fully utilizing it we did a couple of test runs on all different types of devices, no matter what it was it was easy to read and sign.

Cons

I wish that they had initial boxes and signature boxes. I have received more signatures in initial boxes than before but its a nominal issue.

Since I work online, I am able to complete my work more quickly and efficiently using this program. I also don't have to use as much paper, since I do not need to print the documents to sign them. I love how many steps it saves me.

Pros

I like the ease and clarity of the directions to sign the documents. The program makes it very simple by leading you through each section and ensuring that all of the necessary components are completed.

Cons

I don't know how to manipulate documents, such as those that are sent to me upside down. If the document is not as it needs to be signed, there is no way to correct it within the program.

Pros

I like how you can ad any file and can freely place hotspots in that file. You can ad a text and if the recipient doesn't get it, there a help button. It saves me a lot of time and stamps to send contracts digitally. My office is 90% paperless.

Cons

My contracts have a few base layouts, but the recipient(s) is (are) different. It seems that i have to adjust every contract everytime. I'd love to see some algorythm that can recognize where hotspots should be placed.

It save me time to be able to get signatures with a few keystrokes/mouse drags rather than have clients download the form, sign, then scan (or worse take a picture with their phone).

Pros

For the most part it is easy to use, mostly intuitive. It's quick to choose who needs to do what (signature, date stamp) and place it where you need it.

Cons

Very awkward if you need checkboxes (a popup asking if you want to select or not? really?). If you have a complex form with lots of checkboxes, forget it - nobody is going to complete that form.

So easy to make contracts with my clients: no paperwork, easy digital administration. The contract is always available because it is also filed in my SignRequest account. And for my clients the same thing: they have the contract in their computer. I never got questions by clients how to use SignRequest. It just works!

Cost effective, easy to use, and reliable.

Pros

Value for what you pay for. Ability to have multiple signatures from one email request. We even tried Adobe Pro DC to compare. We ended up just coming back to Signrequest.com. Adobe won't let you have multiple signatures from a single email addressee. Since we file a lot of forms that require spouses to sign separately, getting another signature from a separate email address for the spouse was too much of a hassle.

Allows me to send documents to parents and teachers outside our building for a signature. I am notified when they have signed or when there is an incorrect email.

Pros

cost = free
use = exteremly easy
When need to resend a document, the program allows documents to be resent with just one click

Cons

Sometimes takes several tries before the program will allow me to paste an email into the send box. It eventually works after I click numerous times.

It automatically sends signed pdf's to your email after they're signed, it works very intuitive, so I didn't;t need any tutorials whatsoever, uploading both word and PDF works perfectly fine, simple and fast, friendly interface.

Cons

No choice between initials or signature, so I would like the option to ask for just initials in stead of full signature. Maybe it's possible, but I didn't find it so it's not obvious in the interface.
