Customer Service is by far the best perk to Gaggle Mail. I've always received a prompt, accurate solution to a question or problem. The "comeback" feature (email confirmation upon successful post) is a perk of Gaggle Mail. I manage a group of about 50 people that submit weekly picks during the NFL season. Mostly a bunch of friends picking NFL teams to lose for fun. Had previously used Google Groups but due to outdated features and zero support, found Gaggle Mail. After comparing to several other products, Gaggle Mail took first in all categories and was an easy decision. Cons: Only con I have is the 3-month limit to message retention for free accounts. However, I understand businesses need to make money. Because our "group" only contributes during the NFL season, we wouldn't use the services the remainder of the year.
