Many: A very weak service, re their website and customer service, and I even can't get the cleaned file I paid for off their site. 3 days of continual mistakes/problems with their site and service.

What i most liked about this tool is Pricing. Saw a very affordable in terms of the other competitors and it shows most of the emails very accurately for validation.

Some features why I'm a daily user:- Great speed and accuracy. Awesome data quality, compared with ZeroBounce and found the data almost same.

The one thing I dislike is not having discovered this software earlier.

I have been using Neverbounce to organize my emails and to ensure that my email messages  are being sent to real emails. It’s also a useful tool to verify some of the user’s addresses and the like.

The thing that I liked the most is that it is very easy to verify the emails if they do exist or not.

This means you can quickly identify free email hosts, role accounts, data with incorrect syntax, valid DNS/MX records, etc.

The customer support is good and helps you resolve all the queries but it's pricing is the only turn off factor.

NeverBounce has also produced quality results for me again and again, which makes the speed factor I mentioned that much more impressive.

The support is terrible. Known issues are not proactively reported which caused us to inaccurately tag and email thousands of contacts in the summer of 2021 (unacceptable).

It's easy to use, you pay by bulks and it works pretty well (very reliable when it comes to quality of the database).

I found it rather hard to integrate it with our CRM, hubspot.

Processing times for really large lists can be long, but generally when you're processing a list that large, it isn't urgent, so it's not such a big deal.
