Robly is a cloud-based email management solution designed for businesses of all sizes. Key features include retargeting campaigns, testing, pop-ups and reporting.

If emails aren’t opened by customers, Robly can re-send emails between one to 10 days after the initial email and modify the subject line every time the email is sent.

Robly also features Robly AI, which determines the best time to send emails based on customer behaviour from past campaigns. The solution also predicts the time at which users are most likely to open their emails.

Users can track campaign performance metrics such as open-rate, click-through rate and bounce rate with customizable reports.

Robly is available with a monthly subscription that varies based on monthly email volume.

Works Great for Our Nonprofit!

We use this for The Junior League of Boca Raton and for our use and budget it works great! I also used it a boutique agency I worked for and it was great for our company newsletter and for some of our clients too. I think it is much better than Constant Contact.

Pros

Compared to competitors, the interface is much easier to use. I feel that the templates they provide give great options and I believe for a small fee they will design a custom template for your organization/business which is totally worth it. The OpenGen feature is pretty unique and haven't seen anything like it on other e-marketing programs. It allows you to re-send the same email (even with a new subject line) to those that did not open it the first time. It greatly increases open rates and click-through rate. Overall it is much more flexible and easy to use and drag and drop text and images. They have a great widget too to collect and grow your email database for Facebook and website.

Cons

It doesn't (at least at this point) have the ability to auto-send messages on birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

It makes easy to communicate with our future customers and our existing clients, and it gives us great opportunity to work more effectively about internal and external customers, getting responses is more easy with using Robly. We are using Robly mainly for supply registrations for our groups. It is also useful for sharing new events. It's can be suit perfectly for every company.

Cons

Personalization of outgoing emails would be perfect. I would like to see more text font styles and flexible templates and better design to work. Overall interface is friendly, but they never changed its design. And customer support needs some updates.

Ease of use. Robust features. Meets Canadian requirements. Great customer service. They offer a service and do not nickel and dime you. They care about their customers.

Cons

I would like to see an automatic birthday feature to send out personal automatic birthday emails. Basically a set and forget.

Robly has been great for our small company. For a reasonable price, it allows us to easily duplicate and edit campaigns, auto-generate second emails to contacts who didn't open it the first time around, and analyze our email campaigns, which I love.

Cons

I wish it allowed for a little more layout and design flexibility, but its simplicity makes it easy for almost anyone to use.

Ease of use and nice templates. The campaign is simple and I can easily add numerous campaigns too. Excellent customer support. Not on hold forever. Good mobile responsive templates.

Cons

Pricing can be lower. I like to see more templates for photographers particularly. More color choices for headers and footers would be great too

Cons

Robly is easy to use and the emails always look clean. User management is easy and the OpenGen gets a better open rate on the most important messaging.

Cons

It would be better if Robly's user management could integrate with other software platforms. We use a WordPress website and CiviCRM, neither of which seem to have customized options for Robly. Billing notifications have been spotty. I added our Director of Finance to automatically receive billing notifications, and it worked for 6 months, but suddenly stopped.

It's complete with every feature we could want, their pricing is competitive or better, their customer service is excellent, their layout of their website is excellent. Plus they don't force people to have to double opt-in (love that).

Email appearance. Tracking responses. It's a better product than the competition and that is the bottom line.

Cons

Inserting images can be a bit easier. Customer service is good but could respond faster. Not many cons to report.

It is very easy to use. Much easier than Mail Chimp for someone who is not an email campaign "expert". All the features and functionality we need to get our message out quickly.

Cons

Only real issue is with the pricing structure. When smaller firms start out we don't have large jumps in users as we are growing our businesses. It would be better to have a more graduated pricing model as companies scale. The 1st leap can be expensive (as other costs pile up at the same time). But there are no system cons. Great product that is easy to use.

The nice thing about Robly is how easy to use it is. When you start a campaign, the program walks you through each step, so it was really great for a beginner like me. The templates look very nice and professional, OpenGen and the Robly AI are also a big plus.

Cons

Sometimes editing the campaign can be troublesome. I've made styles before and saved them as a theme, but have had to reapply the themes sometimes because it didn't stick.

I love the OpenGen feature. We have received several more opens by scheduling that than we would have otherwise. I also really like the ease of use when creating a new newsletter, being able to drag and drop columns and blocks. It is much easier to use in my opinion than Constant Contact and having to try to get things to position correctly.

Cons

I don't like not being able to put my emails in folders. The filters are definitely useful and I wouldn't get rid of them. However, looking at the campaigns page just makes me feel unorganized, to have to look at all the emails at once. I would rather have folders that I can click on and sort through or view with filtering options within the folders.

Customer support, web-based, easy to learn--the overall value is hard to ignore. For a reasonable price you can send out a variety of different emails and keep database all of the emails efficiently using the Robly client. A/B sending, OpenGen, and Robly AI are all also useful. Statistical feedback is useful as well.

Cons

Designer software is clunky and at times finicky. While you can create good looking and customized emails, you will find that they aren't FULLY customizable.

Cons

Smal cavil - can't really make sense of the "add button" function. It seems limited and balky. We use our own linked .jpg's instead.

I'm ecstatic about being back with Robly. I took a hiatus from newsletter and the team made it feel effortless to reinstate everything after 2 years! The live chat is my favorite feature and they are so kind and responsive.

Cons

Sometimes, I feel like I'm drowning in features. If there were a way to personalize 3 or 4 of my own templates, it would save me about 30 minutes setting up each email. Maybe there is a way to do it and I just haven't seen it for all the features. I love the features, but it's going to take some time to figure out.
