We selected Zivver because the sender does not have to do complicated things, its embedded in Outlook, and most of all the receiver does not have to install anything.

Zivver beveiligd berichtenverkeer is een gemakkelijke en klantvriendelijke manier om goed beveiligd te kunnen communiceren met onze cliënten. De cliënten kunnen laagdrempelig inloggen en we hebben nog nooit gehoord dat het niet lukt. ZivverMeet gebruiken we voor onze online gesprekken of behandelingen. Dit heeft ons enorm geholpen in de Corona tijd. We hebben verschillende aanbieders geprobeerd, maar Zivver stak er zowel bij gebruiksvriendelijkheid als lage kosten boven uit. Ook hierbij hoeven cliënten niets te downloaden en kunnen vanaf alle schermen inloggen in een gesprek. Er wordt bovendien goed meegedacht over de kenmerken van het programma en input over ideeën worden verwerkt.

Als grootste nadeel kan ik alleen bedenken dat het fijn zou zijn als je vanaf je beveiligd mailprogramma niet extra in hoeft te loggen voor de ZivverMeet. Als het verenigd zou zijn in één programma zou dat fijner zijn.
