About Exclaimer Cloud

Exclaimer Cloud is a cloud-based email signature solution designed to help businesses create and manage signatures across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Microsoft Exchange. It allows organizations to add promotional banners or other marketing content to signatures.

Exclaimer Cloud’s drag-and-drop interface enables managers to control every element of signature designs such as font, hyperlinks, images, alignment, borders, icons, email disclaimers, tables and more. Administrators can configure access permissions for specific users and assign signatures based on department, recipient’s domain or email address and other attributes. Additionally, employees can import contacts from their directory of users and change or update elements in real-time.

Exclaimer the SME must have signature software

First class!

Pros

The software is easy to implement. The customer journey is a WOW every time help is required. For an SME trying to compete with larger organisations the signature conveys a professional company is communicating with you 'from the get go'. Awesome brand awareness and information share capability is built in.

Cons

Would be good if it could drive lead generation using AI moving forwards.

Customer experience is the best.

Excellent service, takes all the hassle out of Office 365 Signatures!

I can be certain all email accounts on my Office 365 tenancy pick up the correct signature, with their correct details automatically. There is nothing for anyone else to configure. The main concern was emails sent from mobile devices as the signature options are limited on those devices - this does it all at the server rather than the device, so all emails look consistent! I really couldn't be happier with the service.

Pros

Simple pricing shown on their website rather than having to request a quote. Simple to set up with automated systems to configure your account and Office 365, linking the two together without having to know anything technical! Simple to use, all through an online WYSIWYG editor.

Cons

Nothing really - but if I had to say something - I initially only needed it for one user, but the minimum number of accounts is 5... having said that, the price for 5 is extremely reasonable considering the amount of time and hassle it saved.

Reasons for Choosing Exclaimer Cloud

You can configure signatures manually with Microsoft 365, but it's a complete faff! It takes ages, you can only really test them by actually sending test emails... I didn't even consider it as an option when I saw how good Exclaimer is.

Exclaimer Cloud Review

I wouldn't change to any other software anytime soon, unless they can offer something groundbreaking for a similar price. It's easy to use and we've never had problems with it not working, there isn't much else I want out of this type of software.

Pros

How easy it is to use, even if you aren't a designer, you can still easily get your head around how to use this.

Cons

There isn't enough data you can pull from the website. Working in IT, my managers love to see data on the software we're using. Unfortunately, Exclaimer provided very little data, it also doesn't have billing information, like invoices, on the website. It's easy to use but this comes at a price, the signatures don't look as good as maybe some other softwares could offer. My design team came up with some ideas that looked really good, unfortunately, we had to make some changed because Exclaimer wouldn't let us do what we wanted to do.

Cominng from the Exclaimer Outlook Signature takes some learning

The Outlook Signature service was not perfect but preferable to the move to the Cloud one, unless you are starting from scratch with the Cloud service. Lots of gotchas and learning curves to overcome if going from one product to another. Tech support was good. Overall it is not really intuitive, and creating signature templates is not very easy if you have to have logo's and other disclaimers to worry about. The fact that multiple templates cannot be used at the local Outlook level is very disappointing but was told this will be addressed shortly. So overall, not impressed.

Pros

Cloud based is centralized access. Works well with MS 365 online Outlook.

Cons

Steep learning curve. If you have many templates from previous onsite solution, it is very hard to make it work in cloud based model. Not intuitive. Multiple templates do not work when trying to copy signatures down to local Outlook client. Initial setup from MS 365 accounts is not easy. Templates created using the Outlook Signature solution are not portable to Cloud version, which is time consuming to re-create if needed, else use Exclaimer's service to do that at extra cost. The subscription model will get expensive in time.

Reasons for Choosing Exclaimer Cloud

Already used the Outlook Signature on premise to put the signatures needed on my client's Outlook. Did not require OWA Signatures. Was sort of forced into this as Exclaimer was discontinuing maintenance agreements on Outlook Signature because of changes with Microsoft and its oncoming signature sync features. In so doing, feeling forced to change was not pleasant and is an additional cost to my client that was unexpected.

exclaimer makes email signatures a breeze

Overall great system. I came from another provider, but happy I switched across. Not perfect, but they can easily get there.

Pros

Easy to set up, and manage with different groups etc. Can customise signature templates and have multiple depending on people group or any campaigns that are being run.

Cons

The customisation of signatures needs a little work. It can be fiddly, and what you see is not always what you get on the other end

Reasons for Choosing Exclaimer Cloud

As mentioned above, the price and functionality of Exclaimer.
