If you’re targeting a global market, why is your communication only in French? - The disappointment began even before I could use the product. When I tried to register, the website repeatedly showed an error. - We needed a solution that did not need our emails fed through their systems. And this was the case. The deployment was fast and easy and above all, it very rapidly became very appreciated by all users, who are often contacting our marketing team on this simple but so potentially efficient canal of email signature. Sigilium also offered to test other digital channels, which we have tested with success and will probably follow-up #### Cons We could imagine an offer/feature on banner creation (for clients who don't have this skill internally) Also, reporting (clicks on signatures) cannot exclude clicks from our own employees. The support team was unhelpful, offering obvious suggestions like trying a different browser or clearing the cache, which, of course, didn’t resolve the issue. I ended up spending over an hour chatting with support and getting nowhere. Eventually, I tried registering through an incognito window, only to face more frustration. Despite selecting an English version of the website, the text and forms appeared in French. I started filling out the registration form but got distracted and didn’t finish or provide any consent. Surprisingly, about 10 minutes later, I received a welcome email from their team—how is that possible if I never agreed to their terms or policies? To make matters worse, the emails were in French.
