It is difficult when some participants do not sign up or fill out the forms for our programs and we have no information.

Overall it's been a good experience with helpful staff and troubleshooting by the staff.

The ease of using the software and how great customer service has been. The software has everything that I was looking for all in one place making running reports great.

I liked being able to access all medical information or dietary needs so quickly. I also liked having the photo for each camper available.

When it is added as a waiver parents are only signing off that they did something when in reality they did not and then the info is missing.

Costumer service is amazing. The Software is pretty straight forward and easy to use both for administrator and user.

It does not let you know not to add spaces or dashes with the phone number. Some parents also got hooked up with emergency and authorized pick ups address.

Some of the general ePact functionality vs our set up has been confusing for customers.

We love being able to search participants by allergies and other concerns. Lots of great efficiencies with this easy-to-use program.

A lot of accounts incomplete and people don't know why so it needs to be very known to customer what they are missing so we can download files.
