VK Control's EMS is a super inexpensive Employee Monitoring Software with all the basic features (Without intelligence). It's a great choice for organizations running on a limited budget with no requirement for an advanced user toolset.

There is much better software available with employee behavioral and productivity analysis support. Not just idle time notification, other software is capable of making charts for management to decide employee time monitoring strategy.
