I loved the UI of the email client and that they allowed a few emails accounts in their free version.

It seemed to be the most feature-rich of all of the Outlook substitutes. Formatting text was super easy.

Tech support consistently blames the hosting company and vica versa rather work with the hosting company to fix problems.

Setting up is pretty easy as it imported my email accounts from Windows mail. Main feature I was looking for was snoozing of emails, which worked fine.

The ability to quickly generate a task from an email or create a calendar event is also really nice. Unlike some other reviewers, I found the tech support to be reasonable.

Multiple , consistent problems causing complete loss of all eMails due to database curruption. Consistently r'cvd msg 'Checking for database corruption due to improperly closed.

I get error messages at times regarding my movement of filed correspondence within the application. I don't know how to correct the problem.

The updates continue to make it better. It has an integrated email client and calendar that help keep me organized.

It occasionally has to restart due to database issues, but it's actually less of a problem than it was with Outlook.

Started using it a few years ago with the free version but loved it so much that I decided to buy the license. I recommend it to everyone over Outlook because it's much faster and easier to use.

It is an email client, pretty straightforward. Good clean interface, good connectivity between o365 and Google apps accounts.

Except the search function I was pretty much satisfied. It worked well with the calendar and mostly it has very nice and clean design.

It does the stuff you need it to without all of the over complication of other mail clients. Especially like how it allows multiple google calendars to sync seamlessly into one overall calendar.

I like the ease  of making backups (although I haven't tried to restore yet).

The address book, or contacts is a bit of a mess.

But, I will say this: even though the issues wasn't resolved in my case, the customer support and moderators on their forum were all very helpful and responded pretty quickly.

Incredibly fast uploads. We still currently use it when mail attachments are too big and it is easily integrated with many email clients.

When you're needing to put all of your stuff together in the same place with your files, this might be the perfect solution. It's very quick to figure out.

We love the ease of use. Being able to login via browser or FTP client, and being able to easily create a download link that can be sent to anyone.

It gets really annoying because it seems like I am always being notified when most of the time it is me deleting, renaming and I do not need a reminder.

I like that it is able to sync up with Google Drive for ease of sharing over the web. Theres no need to be connected to a company server, which is super helpful while we work remotely.

Probably it is fast because the UI is not that cluttered with useless feature.

I wish it was a little cheap but for the features it offers - the price is justifiable. The speed of files upload/download is also great.

Very easy to access and integrate into Google Drive or Microsoft office. However, I think I like Dropbox better.
