In previous versions, the product had problems with lag. This problem has been addressed and fixed.

Centerbase has improved our ability to pull meaningful reports. Customization has allowed us to enter detailed information about each case so it is easily available to all users.

The cloud function is very convenient, as are all of the integrations it has with other products. The interface is also really clean which helps encourage my people to use it.

It suits my need as a single practitioner perfectly. A lot of thought was obviously given to making it user friendly.

They have a great Word Merge feature which integrates with Word. We needed a reliable calendaring system - they're working to integrate the calendar with Outlook and Google calendars, as I understand.

Missing so many features and program is practically useless. I'm better off manually calendaring everything on my own on Outlook.

User friendly, easy to navigate, easy to edit bills.

We love being able to enter billing items from our phones and it immediately be available to bill. We love that the accounting module is built into the software as well.

Some report printing and data sorting can be difficult due to unique  formatting.

For a cloud based product the number of customization choices is amazing. Company very responsive to user feature requests.

Integration of the law pay program into centerbase has help with the collection of funds.

It was a flexible and reliable system. There were more features to take advantage of regarding Centerbase.

I'm so confused why this program has so many good reviews. This is the most frustrating program I've used.

However, CB only provides expenses per client/matter. It's confusing how to pull up total paid amount to each matter.

Our timekeepers love the straight forward use and it has increased consistency and timing of time entry.

Customization is difficult. Customer service is slow and often unresponsive.

It is also very user friendly. We also like the billing function emails.

We left Practice Advantage and the move to the cloud and the import of our data was easy and accurate. Most of the interface is very user friendly and it was easy to train out timekeeper.

The customer service is amazing. The CEO is committed to learning from his customers and actively engages and listens to help make the product better every day.

It is comprehensive and would do a well for a defense firm; however, for a Plaintiff firm this product is not useful at all.

Our experience will Centerbase has been fantastic. The software allows for lawyers to seamlessly maintain their calendars and billing.

This software allows our company to have a document management, timekeeping and reporting software all in one. Very easy for all of my staff to use and navigate daily.

Reporting can be a challenge but no more than most applications with lots of database.

Moreover, once payments were made it was very difficult to locate same to assure there were no overpayments.

We have been using Centerbase for 15 months and love the ability to work from anywhere we can get internet access.

The only con is that we need to review lots of data in table form. Once you chose column headings, you are stuck with those columns no matter what query you run.

It is really easy to use and has fantastic Customize-ability.

Understanding is difficult. It can be hard to figure out.

Uploading and structuring documents was very easy, which is key when sharing important legal documents with a client.

We rarely have to provide end-user training for this solution and have not sacrificed but only gained functionality. Few software solutions measure up to this one.

I can only provide high praise for the solution - which is simple, robust and elegant - and for support and client success representatives that we work with.

It allows our department to enter tasks and assign them to specific individuals and to follow the workflow. We also have set up Templates/Forms and that has been very useful.

Breadth of features are good. Interesting possibilities for expansion of features into new item.

I and our Firm have used HighQ Collaborate since the fall of 2014 and have found it and the support team behind it to be consistently exceptional.

The email notification does not has any value to me. I have no idea what it is for.

We love being able to have a plain-language, easy to understand, questionnaire that still gets us the information we need to populate legal documentation and our clients love it too.

Our overall experience has been hugely valuable to our department. It has saved our team hundreds and hundreds of hours over the years and we can't imagine going back to the way we worked before.

This tool has helped us and our sales team more easily, efficiently, and quickly generate their own contracts, with all of the right reviews and approvals to ensure full compliance.

There just isn't any other solution out there that truly measures up for administrators and end-users alike. It is both robust and user friendly.

These unfortunately have to be entered individually and manually.

It is easy to use, has timely and relevant information and on the rare occasion that we need support, the customer service has been extremely helpful.

Easy to use once you learn how. Consolidates into one interface.

Highly efficient and once heavy lifting on automation was complete, easy to implement with users as very user friendly.

It crashed once but this may be an end user problem rather than a system wide issue.
