I enjoy this software at my work. It helps us stay on top of our to do list for SWPPP.

The reminders to do SWPPP inspections are great. It's easy to forget something like an inspection with all the other things going on.

Great that I can do the send inspections from my phone, super easy. Love that I get reminders for each event.

Accessing the wrong project by any party can lead to inaccurate or incomplete reporting and frustration over missing, or assumed missing inspections and other SWPP information.

Having to add people and roles individually is a pain.

Sometimes I login and things are confusing to find. Specifically the report I'm supposed to fill out.

It is comprehensive and easy to use. It does not try to do too much.

It's nice to have everything stored in one place and be able to stay compliant quickly and effectively.

I felt that it was a great software that was easy to use and kept our jobs up to date. I wish all of the city's would implement this software.

Mapping is always difficult and often becomes confusing.

User friendly interface that's simple and clean. The customer service is great as well and they are always proactive in resolving issues.

The dashboard is terrible. It's so confusing to navigate and get to where you want to be and where to upload/post things.

I like that once I figured it out that it was quick and easy to use.

Overall it has been a great tool for my jobsites cause I can have the information on my iPad or phone and see what the issues is, get it resolved and check it off without all the hassle of paperwork.

It was kind of hard to explain to a sub on the phone. But could have been user error on my part.

Its very self explanatory and user friendly. The maps feature is great for use in the field on my tablet to keep the SWPPP fully updated.

The maps area is still difficult for the field staff to manipulate.

Using the site as the Operator vs the MS4 can be confusing when figuring out who gets which notifications.

We are still getting to grips with it all and find that the customer services are very helpful. We are looking forward to the new version being rolled out in the new year.

Having scheduling, job management, forecasting, costing all in one module is a rarity. The system integrates very well and gives fluidity through the job process.

The fact Synergist is database driven; means you can cut the data in so many different ways.

Integration with the Xero accounting software is also great and saves time.

Ease of use and functionality to adapt to any type of business requirement. We have 2 departments that both use Synergist differently for their needs, it is adaptable and flexible.

For us, the quoting side of the system is fantastic. It's super configurable and allows granular customisation across products, services and mark-ups.

It is simple to use and the training videos/information have been a great asset. We mainly utilise the functionality for quickly pricing new jobs and phases, invoicing and allocating work loads.

As a package (software + support), it's the best product in the market - and we tested 6 of the leading solutions in great depth.

Time tracking is also very good. Support has been fantastic - very quick to respond to any questions and they always take the time to make sure you understand.

The product is great for managing multiple clients and projects.

Some of the error messaging isn't always clear on how the problem can be resolved.

The features provide everything we need to run our business and move away from Excel. It's intuitive and very easy to learn and requires very little maintenance overhead.

Its complex but this complexity makes it versatile. It has taken us many man hours to implement but we confident that this investment should pay off in the future.

I really like the system, having used other agency systems and had other systems demonstrated. Great system with a great support helpdesk.

Its vastness is also a challenge - there is so much it can do that we typically feel behind the curve on its use. This isn't too much of Synergist's fault though.

This is not a plug and play system, implementation is expensive in terms of time. However if implemented correctly you will get this investment back in a short time - which we did.

We've also found the support to be the best we have ever experienced. Whenever we have a question or query it's resolved so quickly and the team are super helful.
