I like the calendar feature where I can see all dakota tracer items due for the month.

We love that we can track audits and non-conformances together within the software. We also like the calendar option to set up monthly reminders for our sites.

The linkage between regulatory content (Profiler) to the audit function (Auditor) and to action item tracking (Tracer) is seamlessly integrated and functions well.

Over all I find the ProActivity Suite to be a great product and have recommended it to many colleagues.

It has the ability to add several types of reports and audits. It has current regulations.

The regulatory database is by far the best feature that the ProActivity Suite offers.

The audit questions can be customized and are frequently updated. The help desk is excellent.

As a system administrator it also creates more work having to show the user how to correct the problem, only to see it re-occur.

Finding ways to reduce keystroke count was difficult. This far in we are still streamlining.

Also the system is not inherently obvious on a user interface so it made it difficult on the back end. Biggest issue was customization and Nickle/dimeing.

That makes it difficult to target areas and set up alerts that only impact certain leaders.

Customer service has been excellent to work with when we have questions.

A few examples would be the email alert that leadership receives is blank for BBS. The inability to build the organization tree out in profiler without paying a custom fee.

Fantastic tool for ease of tracking safety incidents and categorizing efficiently.

The error results in the inability to save updates and is particularly disturbing to the end user.

That said, if I use the software frequently this is not a concern. The software does tell me when a word is misspelled, but offers no correction.

Integration was easy and once you learn the system it is good.

They are very personable, working one on one with you to develop a form to best fit your needs.

There are some features missing, but the team at Wildnote is very open to customer feedback and is working on upgrading and expanding features.

This software is incredibly easy to use. Creating a new form takes minutes instead of hours.

Easy to teach others how to use, ability to access, and the layout. Very friendly and helpful support staff.

I enjoy the Cloud-based data management as well as the compatibility with different tablets and even smart phones. This makes the software and data easily accessible while traveling for projects.

I love that you can take field data/notes offline and then come back and finish it on the desktop.

This software is great for organizing field data, but the lack of customization makes it difficult to use for narrative reports.

Its fairly intuitive and easy to use, I've only used it for a few projects at this point but it was quick to get the hang of and figure out.

WildNote staff has genuinely care about my projects and my experience with their app. I have been able to ensure accurate data collection between workers and remotely gather the data after surveys.

There is no need to have a dedicates staff member to build forms and manage data. Costumer service is outstanding.

The ease with which the resulting reports can be printed, shared, and integrated into larger deliverables streamlines our workflow and improves on our reporting capabilities.

What I also love about the app is that it allows me syncs all of my devices and enjoy my data from whatever device I want.

Occasional loss of service in the field could generally be reactivated by restarting the system and were assumed to be a Verizon issue.

With the cloud platform and many users, syncing forms and updating forms, as needed, is a bit difficult. It also takes a lot of time to develop forms and they have their limitations in formating.

I do like that it provides an avenue for field reporting, pictures, etc. It is fairly easy to use.

If you have workers who are resistant to technology I think they are less likely to want to use it if things go wrong. When you have a bug in the report duplicating can be an issue.

Furthermore, there is substantial cost/time savings with having these data immediately available for download in a spreadsheet format.

I like how organized, adaptable, and easy to use it is.

The team at Wildnote has been extremely helpful through every step of the process from set up to data integration and exporting.

Excellent software to coordinate multiple users and their data for one field project. The platform ensures everyone is appropriately collecting the data needed.
