  • Pros

  • Making updates and downloading files is really easy and clear.
  • The customer support team is friendly, quick to respond and communicate progress well particularly during onboarding stages.
  • Cons

  • Maybe I'm just not sure how to do it. But I cannot create a folder per employee and once I have uploaded files, if I need to go back and upload additional files, I cannot.
  • The reports (invoices) are not organized well. There is no report for the balance of PTOs days for employees.

  • I really liked the way shares show up on the dashboard and it is very intuitive. Also, documents related to grants can be located easily.
  • The rules themselves are pretty easy to understand. Our client service managers are great and very helpful.
  • Cons

  • The interface is confusing and not easy to use in my opinion.
  • They have specific rules & policies in place that make it difficult to work with other banks.
