Maybe I'm just not sure how to do it. But I cannot create a folder per employee and once I have uploaded files, if I need to go back and upload additional files, I cannot.

Amazing, I was very skeptic when first started to implement globally but it met all our expectations.

They fail to provide updates or even respond to urgent inquiries. The entire experience is wholly unacceptable and we will be finding a new resource as soon as possible.

Making updates and downloading files is really easy and clear.

The customer support team is friendly, quick to respond and communicate progress well particularly during onboarding stages.

THe most troubling problem was that our new employee in Australia didn't get her first salary on 31 August as expected. We got no warning and had to chase.

The reports (invoices) are not organized well. There is no report for the balance of PTOs days for employees.

I find many aspects cumbersome. It is often confusing to navigate through the website and many times not all information fits in the screen.

The product is so intuitive, takes away all Your manual tasks and provide a total control, it saved us TONS of hours a month and the employee satisfaction is very high.

Papaya has delivered the worst customer experience I have ever received. Onboarding is exceptionally slow, and communication to us and our employees is horrible.

He said that the cause of delay might be the ABA routing number that i use is wrong. I told him, how is that possible if i verified that ABA routing number to one of my Bank rep over the phone.

I use it because i have no other choice. However, i do appreciate that things are very detailed and i also do like the mobile application.

The interface is confusing and not easy to use in my opinion.

I really liked the way shares show up on the dashboard and it is very intuitive. Also, documents related to grants can be located easily.

I enjoy checking things at a glance and it is easy to navigate which is perfect when I don't have a lot of time to check on things.

I called Solium about it and the rep said he requested the information from their bank and it will take time, so he said he'll call me back.

The admin features, reporting and award management, are terrific.

They have specific rules & policies in place that make it difficult to work with other banks.

I use this product because its the one that is offered to me as the employee profit sharing plan.

They are the only company that has denied me external requests and forced me to make any account changes through their system. Their customer service is bad, friendly but incompetent.

I've been using Solium since our Company became public. I made some transaction here and there but the last two transaction that i did for a large amount of money was delayed.

Some of the user experience for particpants is a little confusing for staff.

This was something i was actually unaware of until i checked my account. I am still not sure what happened here.
