It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

The user interface is great - it's easy to jump in and start using it, and then to get better at using some of the amazing features of it.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

We love Asana's capability to integrate seamlessly with Google drive for ease of setup.

The price and opportunities this tool bring is a great way for any team to keep organized whether it is a very large event or a small quick project.

This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.

It's an amazing task management system. The customer support is also great.

All tasks are effectively overseen. Asana has been an incredible execution to our group permitting us to remain focused on the endorsement progress for each logical exploration.

The whole application left me indifferent or even slightly repulsed. That sounds really harsh when I write it, but it's the truth.

This product is easy to use and integrate across different teams. There are many setting to help notify you on progress of a project and the mobile app works flawlessly as well.

It can be confusing - and overwhelming. So many features that you can get lost just in features.

The ability to structure my projects into specific areas to keep track of my working progress is priceless. To have a reliable platform to resource all my information saves me hours of work every day.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

I would say I am happy overall. Great product and have got the customer support whenever I needed.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

By no means am I suggesting it is flawed, but because of the custom work we have implemented, we do encounter small issues on the rare occasion.

We were switching ERP systems and implementing a website integration at the same time. BlueLink staff were great in making this as seamless as possible during the transition.

The only limit is when you are on the hosted plan, the blue link instance can be a bit wonky, sometimes timing out, freezing, etc.

Overall, Blue Link is a superior ERP/WMS solution for small - mid sized companies for a very reasonable cost.

Unless you yearn for a dated Window's user experience is tough to come up the learning curve on Blue Link.

Extremely Reliable & user friendly program - Maintenance Free- gives you time to grow your business without having any software issues. Always incorporating upgrades to improve the program.

As to the software, the ERP interface is perfect for our wholesale distribution company. From tracking inbound ocean containers to automated reporting, BlueLink saves us both time and money.

The interface looks old/dated. Not too many report features unless you pay a lot more to have access to them.

Having him here on site was wonderful. He not only learned our business thoroughly in two weeks, additionally he made suggestions and customized the system for us.

I feel like this company is an actual scam selling people beta software that they know is not complete or fully functional.

The system forces compliance with certain basic rules for handling inventory and if the customer violates these then there can be minor problems requiring brief intervention.

The A/R, A/P, G/L and the Bank Management modules are very user friendly.

We have had great use out of the program and when we have had questions or concerns they have been quickly and effectively dealt with by the suppot team.

But part of the beauty of Bluelink is their ability to fine tune the application for those who require unique situations addressed.

We have a very complicated salesman commission structure with three levels,  and there has been a little difficulty in processing commissions.

I would recommend considering this if you're a small to medium sized company because it produces very professional reports at a good cost and customer service is great.

I love their new release especially the dashboard that integrate with sql reports. It gives a great perspective on daily operations and sales, and super easy to use and accurate.

Blue Link is designed such that we have yet to find a something they cannot do. Add to this their excellent people and you have a winning recipe.

The only real upside to this product for us is the ownership and staff. They are great to deal with and try their best to resolve our issues.
