It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

They are a young product that is continuously releasing new features. If there's something you don't like it's most likely being addressed on the roadmap.

It's frustrating when a task that sometimes takes ten minutes can stretch to take two days because load times are pushing 18 hours and fail out.

Fetching and Publishing data is also very easy. We also very much appreciate the connectivity we have with the Cube team if there are ever instances where we require support or advice.

Cube is a smart program that is generally intuitive and easy to use. It has made our budgeting and reporting process far more streamlined and scalable.

The people are wonderful to work with and are very responsibe.

I feel like the Cube team is an extension of our FP&A team. They are very helpful and have good insight into the best way to solve issues.

I would say the only downsides are that there is a limited number of dimensions your organization can have.

Because this software is based on an info aggregating model, sometimes when a mistake is made it is a bit cumbersome to fix data vs just going into the database and erasing extra entries.

I like how easy it is to update my reports and slides using Cube. I appreciate how responsive the customer service has been.

Cube is very easy to use, its interface is clean, and operating it is intuitive. Cube makes it easy to maintain many accounts/dimensions and to map QBO COA to custom FP&A/Management presentations.

Plus, it was easy to set up and the Customer Service is excellent if you have any issues or questions.

The ease of integration as well as support that you receive from their team, makes the transition very smooth and hassle free.

The ease of function, and ability to use google sheets/excel as the default format is extremely helpful in integrating this software within our team.

It allows us to keep the team lean and effective. We run a very robust FP&A process and being powered by cube uplevels our work that is done in excel and google sheets.

So far, there is still a lot of exploration to do with Cube, as we just begun our subscription, but so far so good.

Sometimes software is very sensitive and causes errors in retrieving info, however I completely understand why this sensitivity is there.

There isn't really anything that I dislike about using Cube. They are also very open to product feedback and suggestions.

We've been able to pull the sales data from Salesforce via Cube successfully, which is great news considering the more integrated it is, the less effort the user needs to put in.

Cube has helped us save countless hours of work while increasing our efficiency and continually improve what we are able to accomplish.
