Pros
- We were switching ERP systems and implementing a website integration at the same time. BlueLink staff were great in making this as seamless as possible during the transition.
- Extremely Reliable & user friendly program - Maintenance Free- gives you time to grow your business without having any software issues. Always incorporating upgrades to improve the program.
Cons
- By no means am I suggesting it is flawed, but because of the custom work we have implemented, we do encounter small issues on the rare occasion.
- The only limit is when you are on the hosted plan, the blue link instance can be a bit wonky, sometimes timing out, freezing, etc.
Pros
- It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
- It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
Cons
- I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
- Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.
