Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software for Construction

Microsoft Dynamics 365 provides integrated solutions that allow businesses to track leads, automate field service, drive sales and improve operations using mobile, enterprise-ready business apps from the cloud.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers supporting apps for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. Apps are available offline, so users can work without data connectivity and data will sync automatically once a connection is reestablished.

The system’s business apps are designed to be deployed as a package or independently as companies grow and expand, and all work together as part of a larger software solution. It integrates with applications such as Outlook, Lync, SharePoint, OneNote, Word, and other Microsoft applications to minimize double entry and save time.

The system is designed for collaboration where users can interact in Yammer and can quickly add colleagues to projects and meetings. Pricing is per user per month. Support is provided via an online forum, email and phone.

The ERP and CRM system for top class organisations

If you are in search of a stable ERP and CRM software but are not driven by a need for a custom built platformm, don’t hesitate, buy Dynamics by Microsoft

Pros

1. The interface is so easy as it's built on the very familiar Ms Office line
2. The cloud support and user-specific sharepoints that can be sent to multiple collaborators makes Dynamics a must have for any serious organization with any sort of horizontal organogram
3. Rather than build a new GUI, Microsoft did well to just integrate current Office products but allow integration with other third party apps like SAP and Quickbooks

Cons

1. Its is built for Edge and native Internet explorer, very slow browsers by Chrome standards. This means that some compatibility issue when using other Non-Microsoft browsers will cause a few sighs of frustration in the course of the product use
2. At this time and age, Microsoft can do more than only allow 10 GB cloud storage for entry package when the competition starts off at around 40-80 GB cloud space
3. Customization is a pain, which is expected as Microsoft are not known for allowing open source inclusivity

Microsoft Dynamics

Pros

Great for small businesses. Easy coding and configuration.

Cons

Program does not have many bells and whistles. It is a very basic CRM. But great for small businesses with a lot of products and services.

Convoluted platform led to poorly structured data

Dynamics CRM is powerful and can deliver the results that your business needs. We started on CRM and used it for 6 years. It provided us with a dynamic, customizable platform for growth. Ultimately we outgrew it and moved on to Salesforce, but while we used it, it did exactly what we needed it to.

Pros

Dynamics CRM did a great job for our needs for many years. It had all the features and functions that a small business would need. It provided a customizable platform for early growth.

Cons

Sometimes you can tell when a company cares about their product, and at times it felt like Microsoft no longer cared about Dynamics CRM. The feature improvements and releases seemed to come few and far between as the years progressed. We also had issues keeping our data clean with a fractured security admin platform. In the end it made more sense to pay more for a better software suite.

MS Dynamics - Enterprise or SMB?

We were able to see a holistic view of the client, from ticketing to orders and invoices all tagged in centralized area... in the telecom world it made a world of difference.

Pros

Feature set is full and like most Microsoft products extremely integrated with the entire Office line-up. The cloud based version is just as robust than the on premise I used to use in my previous employment.

Cons

It's not what I do not dislike about the MS Dynamics but that it is more intended towards enterprise as oppsed to the SMB marketplace

D365 Navigation

Pros

D365 is very easy to use and navigate, especially if you are a previous Dynamics AX user. The search feature makes finding areas within so much easier.

Cons

Many areas do not have the "right click and view details" feature that existed within Dynamics AX. The ability exists in some areas, but not as prominently as previous versions.

Dynamic CRM is a Great Software that Solves the Needs of Our Business

My experience with Dynamic CRM is good because it is a friendly software. It meets our needs and we learn a lot from this amazing software. It is a software that I can even recommend to others.

Pros

We enjoy using Dynamic CRM because it is easy to customize according to the needs of our company. It works well for us because it is easy to implement and customize. It provides a secure platform that enables us to save all our important documents. Dynamic CRM is also convenient because it helps us in managing our relationships with our customers.

Cons

At times, when an issue arises, it is difficult to consult the technical team of Dynamic CRM because they take a long time before responding. I do not like that. They should be fast to enhance efficiency.

High Functuality

Overall a good product once you know how to use it, I feel it has more doors to be unlocked in terms of what it can do, I look forward to unlocking them.

Pros

Navision has very high functionalityu meaning is potential is high in terms of use, Its out ERP and works well for all reporting and data entry.

Cons

Not the most user friendly if un trained, we had to have many hours of training to become proficient in this software, would definitely benfit from making slightly simpler in its delivery.

Cost Effective Solution, Suitable for Developers

As a Director of Human resource,s managing a CRM platform is not typically within my scope of work. However, while it can be complex, there are enough forums online that have equipped me with the tools to effective manage and troubleshoot Dynamics CRM, when needed. I have worked both with Dynamics and Salesforce. I find that for the price point, Dynamics offers what we need.

Pros

While not as customizable as salesforce, in my opinion, Dynamics CRM is more than enough for our small organization. While I do feel a lot of the times a CRM developer would be nice, I have managed to google most of what has been needed in customizing the system, utilizing process workflows, and more.

Cons

Releases are pushed separate of the voice of the customer (survey) entity. As a result, when a general release is pushed, it has at times broken the VoC product and then required a secondary update to make it functional again.

You Can Rely On Dynamics For Your Business Financial Management Soluton

It has made work become easier and more organized, and with so much being learnt in the business building professionalism.

Pros

This business tool is the best of it's kind in the market, why, because even a typical beginner can easily be tutored in the utilization of this software in achieving his financial goals. It's flexible and can be integrated with other software.

Cons

The pricing might look discouraging, but if you dream of achieving a long term goal, then how expensive a product is shouldn't be a discouragement so long value for your money would be regained.
