ERPAG is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution. It is suitable for small and midsize businesses in various industries, including automobile, retail, education, information technology and more. Primary features include sales management, purchasing, manufacturing management, accounting and finance, inventory management, reporting and analytics.

ERPAG allows users to manage business processes including selling, ordering, receiving and delivery. Other features include payroll, service management, shipping management, user-access management, point of sale and barcode scanning.

ERPAG offers integration with Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, QuickBooks, Square, Stripe and more. It supports 40+ shippers globally including UPS, FedEx and USPS.

It is available in three editions: Basic, Standard and Premium in subscription pricing. It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Support is offered via email, over the phone and by video tutorials.

    Overall for the value and what you receive I think its one of the best programs out there.

    Pros

    I really like how easy it is to use the software. There Is barely any need to ask for help but when you do they are ready to assist extremely fast.

    Cons

    The least like part was the fact you can't easily void actions taken at times, wether it say you packed something you can't easily voided or if it shipped.

    user interface is very intuitive. Its been very easy to make ERPAG work with my business!

    Cons

    doesn't integrate with CRM, but the built in CRM functions are very robust!

    Over all i am very pleased with it. i will try to connect it to printers and scanner and see how it goes and if it can do the printings and scanning as it advertises i will keep using it

    Pros

    Software is easy to use and to operate it myself, no need for additional company. It has the academy which can give a good amount of information well as customer support seemed very professional and quick to respond

    Cons

    Import sheet should be more customisable, I believe it should have all the fields for import available or at least option to ask as there are fields about product informations, not i will have to go in one by one and insert certain info such are country of origin, sizes, colors...

    The software does what I need it to do for the most part and the company listens to my needs and will sometimes make the necessary development upgrades.

    Pros

    The company was extremely responsive to my needs and even implemented some capabilities that I requested. They also helped me with some data entry in order to save me the time of doing it myself or paying an employee to do it. Although they are in a time zone with a 9-10 hour difference, they always respond to my emails right away. We have scheduled late night support sessions so that I can get help when email support isn't enough.

    Cons

    The payment type of a sales order or invoice cannot be changed after it has been completed. Sometimes we make mistakes when entering orders, and I'd like to be able to go back and modify it.

    The main benefit is being in the cloud

    Pros

    The integration to Shopify and Gsuite is seamless, and easy to setup. Everything is really well laid out, and intuitive.

    Cons

    There is a bit of a learning curve. That said, I think that is just the nature of ERPs they are complicated.

    It really helped me to get started and then prepared me for our new software when we grew out of it.

    Pros

    ease of use and user friendly. All the functions are very self explanatory. Graphics are very helpful to understand

    Cons

    Reporting is not up to the mark. Some of the reports don't make sense and other are useless. There's no proper training available on reporting

    Pros

    Nested BOM and complexity allowing to be deployed even for production of the more complicated production.

    Cons

    Better documentation - showing the real example of the deploying product. There should be "process flow" description, not just a database with sample data.

    Workflow modeling, operational data capture, efficiency metrics.

    Pros

    I am very impressed with the thoughtful approach to full scope manufacturing operations, without getting too complex for a business of our size. The modularity and granularity of modeling work operations is a huge plus

    Cons

    I'd like to see the ability to optimize order picking work flow to a shelf location floor plan. Currently There is only a packing list, but no specific pick list. This would be a valuable feature for our workflow.

    difficult to contact a human. It seems that email is the way to get responses. Sometimes I would prefer to speak to an actual support person.

    The interface! I like the idea of partitioned functions isolated to the relevant departments, which could facilitate limiting access to specific arenas. I like the straight forward linear concept of point A to point B in navigation. I like the Extent of support in this initial phase of consideration. That speaks volumes about later support if we choose to purchase.

    Cons

    Not cons really, but anticipated concerns. I'm concerned about seeming dependence on Excel for source data. I'm concerned about later integration with Quickbooks, barcode scanning, and shipping software. I'm hoping it will be as seamless as promised.

    Love that it connects to our e-commerce system and how fast customer service has been. There's a huge selection of features and am looking forward to trying the POS feature in the future.

    Cons

    Would like to have an offline option in the future in case our offices experience internet downtime. The restriction of warehouses to only one country is also dismaying.

    Although I am still learning how to use it, I can already tell that it will be easy to use. I have downloaded some sample inventory and had no problem. Customer support is fast.

    Cons

    Haven't found out yet. I suppose if it were tailored exactly to my specific industry and requirements that would make it better. I purchase manage and sell parts so Erpag is ideal for me. The company also does aircraft maintenance. If there were a specific module available for aircraft maintenance in Canada, it would probably make it perfect.

    i like the fact that the software is cloud based. it gives me flexibilty in where i can work. Cloud is the future.

    Production made simple, easily track raw material, bill and pack finished product, and look super professional the whole way. They are always improving the product as well.

    Cons

    it takes some time to learn it, but this is the same with any ERP system on the market . It can seem a bit clunky at times, and production take a lot of work entering BOM's

    The best thing for me is the ease of importing existing data. Having the ability to upload spreadsheets is awesome. Being able to copy and paste is a life saver for me. Most of the time I don't need the whole spreadsheet so being able to copy and paste rows makes it very nice.

    Cons

    The editing limitations for the templates. If the user could drag and drop the info blocks where they choose, I think would be a great feature. The user can hide the info block if they choose but they cant change the size or orientation on the template. Being able to arrange the blocks would allow them to customize and arrange the info as needed.

    Pros

    It is nearly a complete solution for our companies needs. It seems we will still need an accounting or quickbooks, but even so, we can import the data into it!

    Cons

    A bit overwhelming to use at first. It is well organized though with a low learning curve. I am still new.

    the academy; setting up your own invoice; love getting instant help from a team with any questions.

    Cons

    Trying to set up the invoice is a little difficult; trying to add the logo. We are from Canada so trying to figure out the 'taxes' we charge and how to put them in the system.
