Many times we can't even access QB and have to call for technical support. We had had the online version for about 7 months and have had to call technical support 11 times so far. And then, when the system crashes, you're required to put in a "administrator" password that is too long to remember. I am in the process of finding an alternative accounting software program. If you have the desktop, keep it.
