I have been a Cority administrator for 9 years, but a Cority user for 15 years. The software is great for doing industrial hygiene.

Cority has a user friendly interface that makes is simpler to teach new employees how to use. You can easily access employee information with the quick access modules (CXR, PFT, Questionnaires).

Not always the most intuitive user-interface. People who don't use computers regularly struggle to learn this system.

Layouts are difficult to customize and understand.

We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.

It has ability to create custom views and personalized dashboards. Opportunity to assign corrective actions and track incident investigations.

Still too early to capture and measure true gains but hopefully overtime there will be significant obvious benefits to promote.

No Self reset passwords. Inspections not linked to user roles.

Because I am not an IT person, at times it’s hard for me to understand that aspect of the software.

Overall  - RegAction is an excellent software service which meets all our needs in regards to achieving environmental compliance, cost control, process management.

Our admin love the system because it allow them to schedule and send out notifications out of the software. It has allowed time savings in all departments of our occupational health clinic.

We are as good as our data, which means we need to truly invest our time and efforts into making it a great product.

WPI are difficult and time consuming to upload.

The product can be integrated with Office 365 and it's easily customizable (company logo, authentication, etc.).

The Awareness Training capabilities, the Assessment Automation (PIA, DPIA automation) and the Data Mapping functions are very useful.

It is a hard work to integrate Onetrust with other systems and it is also difficult to perform tasks such as cookies scanning and the translations of the tenent is not automatic.

Great platform to store and communicate GDPR regulations in the company.

Implementation was too difficult when we decided to add automated CCPA form and had to switch to another vendor.
