The Perfect Event Management Software for Marketing Managers
I have been a Marketing Manager for 5 years and ExhibitDay has been a lifesaver for our trade show management.
PROSThe software is incredibly easy to use and has saved me a ton of time and hassle. I used to have to juggle multiple spreadsheets and documents to keep track of everything, but now it's all in one place.
CONSThe only con is that there are only 2 different paid plans that don't offer much customization with features and cost.

Great experience, great product. I highly recommend for other planners in the trade show space.
Amazing. So glad we found ExhibitDay. We began to implement almost immediately after finding their software because it made so much sense and was a considerable process improvement for us.
PROSExtremely easy to use and onboard our event staff. They love it because it provides easy access to all the event information show hours and details, travel reservations, booth maps, itinerary, contractor service purchases, etc..If the current information options/tabs they provide arent enough, ExhibitDay allows customization to add anything else that you could possibly want to include.
CONSI have been super happy with everything from ExhibitDay. The only thing that our staff consistently asks/suggests when onboarding is for an ExhibitDay app rather than having to open it up in their browser. Not a must but would be nice for event staff.

Exhibition/Trade Show event specific. Nothing else offered the in-depth planning capabilities and features that ExhibitDay had.

I enjoy that I can have all members of my team on exhibit day to review tasks and specific events they are assigned to.
CONSI wish they had personalization options for emails. I wish they had a better export system and reporting system. Also the integration for automation is extremely pricey.

Exactly what we needed for tradeshow management!
We've been using the product in full for about 1.5 years now and have many good things to say. It's transformed how we manage our events, taking us away from having to log everything in a spreadsheet (ick). Customer support has been responsive and feedback for updates to the product is always acknowledged (not always implemented, but acknowledged).
PROSThis software had nearly everything we needed to manage our tradeshows, events, sponsorships, etc. They are receptive to feedback and we've even seen some of the changes requested implemented and/or they offered a workaround solution to help us out. This product covers event information, travel reservations, expenses, budget, and more.
CONSLike any program, it's not perfect, but I feel we are getting 90% of what we initially sought. There are some wishlist items, such as autosave, adding custom fields for a link, more areas for basic information, or changing types of information needed based on the event type.

Absolutely worth the purchase!
Overall, Exhibit Day has been a lifesaver for event management and planning. I would recommend it to all event planners. It is one of the best marketing tools that I have discovered.
PROSExhibit Day has been so helpful when planning 50+ events. It has a great system to add tasks, where you get email notifications when tasks are due to keep all of your deadlines straight. You have the capability to assign who is attending the event, so they can see the schedule and what all needs to be send to the event. I also like you can assign tasks to multiple people. The events/tasks always integrate with your outlook calendar so you can see what is happening or needed in the future.
CONSI would like it to be more mobile-friendly.

A Great Solution to our Needs
Great for organizing event-related information and having one place to store it all! Our company participates in 80+ events each year. Being able to have event info, staff, giveaways, sponsorships, tasks, expenses, budget, etc. all in one location is a game changer.
CONSTime consuming when initially entering in all of our event information. Not sure what could be done to help with this though.

It is a great tool for anyone with numerous events and schedules to keep track of. We use it daily.
PROSLove the ability to customize the fields so we can easily see the most important info at a glance. Great for keeping us organized so we don't miss little details on big events.
CONSWish the exporting had more customizations. We send spreadsheet reports to company execs but it's easier to handle those manually than export from ExhibitDay and then have to do all the editing.

Easy to use, very basic so you don't get overwhelmed.
PROSEase of use, downloadable packets, calendar view makes it easy to see what overlaps.
CONSInability to track inventory taken to a show AND returned. You only have the option of one or the other. Inability to customize analytics to fit our needs. Wasteful event binder printing due to not condensing things to where there are multiple items on one page. Lacks a place to track swag (giveaway) items other than in inventory but there is a place to list them in the event.

Great trade show management tool for organizing information for a large sales team
Overall, we've had a great experience. The ramp up time to start using it and getting value is really short, so it's easy to start small and add on use cases as you get more experience with the tool.
PROSExhibit Day makes it easy for us to keep information in a way that makes it accessible for our entire Sales team to stay up to date and for us to manage deadlines and other details with respect to specific events.
CONSSome of the information around budgeting and tracking expenses is a bit clunky to work with. In addition, making changes to events, adding new events, and adding details to events takes a lot of clicking and scrolling.

Getting an application designed specifically for trade shows or events added a lot of specific capabilities.

We love Exhibit Day!
It has been a game changer for us. It has really helped keep us organized and the ease of creating a report when someone asks "what shows are coming up"?, has been so great!
PROSPrior to finding Exhibit Day, we were using spreadsheets to keep track of our tradeshows and regional meetings and it was exhausting! This makes things so much easier! Everything is right there for the whole team to see, so if there is a question while someone is out, it is very easy to check ED to find answers!
CONSI would like more places to just write notes. I don't like using the notes section on the first page because then it makes the "grid view" wonky, so I just use that for quick notes- like "planning complete" or what my immediate next step needs to be. I also don't like that the "task bar" has moved to the side- it was better at the top.
Reason for choosing ExhibitDay
Most software is aimed at the people planning the actual tradeshow, not the exhibitors, so ExhibitDay seems to be unique in this aspect. As exhibitors at a LOT of shows, this was exactly what we needed to be able to put all of our spreadsheets to rest!

Ease of Ease -- everything is in one place
I love Exhibit Day and absolutely would recommend it to others to use for the event planning process. I think it is an excellent tool that helps keep everything in one place and its ease of use is perfect for anyone who joins our team. It is user friendly and offers so much.
PROSWhat I like most about this product is its ease of use and how everything is in one place. It makes event planning such a breeze and makes my job as an event coordinator much easier.
CONSI wish there was an option for an organization that uses Exhibit Day to color code their calendar views and sync it with everyone rather than having to adjust/customize it themselves to match what I as the event coordinator have on my end.

Value of Exhibitday
The benefits are transparency for the group, having most of the event information in one place.
PROSIt's easy to find the information I need for each event in one place.
CONSThe fact that you have to pay more to add someone's name as an attendee (should be that we can add names without adding them as a member to Exhibitday.) There is no option to copy paste images or documents directly as opposed to only upload or i.e. have a hotel reservation populate on its own based on the receipt.

This feature is available under our Premium plan. Bluum - Exhibit Day review
It works very well, and helps congregate all information into one software that is exportable into multiple formats.
PROSTHe book that can be generated will all the information from each tab is great. It allows me to share all information at once with my team members.
CONSI don't like that people or assets can't be multi selected when adding in fields. If i add 15 assets in, or team members i have to do it each time and for the each person.

Why I love Exhibit Day
My experience has been great! I went from using a spreadsheet and email folders to keep track of show info. ED has been a game changer! I am soo much more organized. I like having all of the event info in one place. *Chef's kiss!*

ExhibitDay - couldn't do event management without it!
Have worked 20+ years in event/conference management and this is the most helpful tool I've ever used. Completely replaces those Excel schedules and task lists you've been creating weekly for events. One source repository for info that can be accessed company wide. Can change/update info quickly. Easy copy and pasting from any type of doc/website.
CONSWould like a tab for hotel specific information. Travel tab is just for flights. Would like to be able to post links/credentials for hotel bookings too - include arrival/departure dates, notes, etc.

CONSI feel like all of the input data should be able to be changed to a text box. some items are customizable, but all should be. Entering data like flight information, box by box can take longer than necessary

Marketing Events
The ease of this product and what it can do amazes me especially with the cost. So far, I have found it to be everything I need.....still early in the game of using it, but so far it's been great. Gearing up for 2024 event year.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I like that ExhibitDay is user friendly and easy to use. The amount of info our team is able to store in one spot is exactly what we need!
CONSThe cost is a bit high and I wasn’t granted a partial credit when I levelled up plans mid-month, so ended up paying twice in the same month which was disappointing.

Tradeshows made easy!
I've only had it for a few weeks but it has been great so far! Really easy to use and have shared it with team members to visibility.
PROSI like that I can compile all the information I receive all in one place!
