I like the ease of running an enquiry. I do not like how long it takes to generate a report at times.

The setup and integration went well and we have been able to add more parameters to make it even more helpful.

Customer information was very easy to use, see sales, what they purchased, great for Business reviews if the information was correct.

I love how all of the information is at my finger tips and can slice and dice it anyway that I choose.

It is a disadvantage that you can not run sales data on specific dates, just months.

Our largest frustration comes from the slow processing and frequent calls to IT for various issues.

It's very powerful and can really help with sales and customer relationships.

The dealers love seeing how they are doing with us and what they are buying. Love being able to check my sales every morning and seeing my sales gaps and where I need to focus more of my time.

Hard to use and the training was too fast and lost many people.

The flash version is a mess and sorely needs to be updated. They have poured tons of time and money into app development, but the desktop experience is not in sync with mobile.

Inability to handle our time zone when syncing with Outlook. Inability to sync Personal Appointments with Outlook.

I would say Sales-i is probably the best one I have used because of the information that it provides you as a sales person/account manager. Along with its ease of use.

It would be nice if you can tie-in Sales-i and Purchase-i. It would allow many of great features which would help manage inventory supply better.

The cost, the fact that we need to pay for 3 users when we don't have 3 full time sales people.

Very good to have a great plan of the month, been able on the mobile version to have a quick acces to our customer performance.

For our business, we find the Perenso system as an easy to use / user friendly package.

Streamlined, real time connections to the database back end allows the funtionality and ease of use inherent in the iPad to be used to it's fullest.

The new iPad app has a nice UI and a great, flexible back end. Love the new Manager view too (for viewing diary entries and orders).

There are no parts of the Perenso package we find not of use to our business.

We find the offline data collection as strong benefit for us, where internet connectivity and telecommunications coverage can be varying at the best of times.

The data integration is seamless and perenso provides templates for all the data we need. The support team is well versed in the system and can always answer questions on the spot.

We loved the capability of this system so much, that we have incorporated it for our own order entry at major industry shows. The Perenso Team is awesome to work with.

Two of my favorite features are the ability to correct items/prices/deals during the show and the reporting analytics.

Part of this offering we required a software solution for franchisees to be able to manage their customers, stock, sales, basically manage their entire business.

System is currently in it's infancy and doesn't yet support the same features as its PC counterpart. Currently online only, drops out when phone coverage is lost.

The customer management is a feature we use quite frequently. It flows well and easy to understand at the Host level.
