We were able to centralize all MFT scripts. Encryption/Decryption works excellent, job monitoring and Job Scheduling is easy.

Occasionally the software will lock a file when a job fails, and the only way to unlock seems to be a service restart.

That I can send secure communications as well as access my network folders. That it integrates with Active Directory.

The built in help features are extensive and easy to navigate. When we needed additional help their customer support services were quick to respond and quickly answered our questions.

When selecting resources, I hate how the entire page must load before I can click on a resource. If I click on one before the entire page loads, then I get an error and have to start all over.
