Zoho Docs is a cloud-based document management and file sharing solution designed for business of all sizes. It offers a virtual drive, file organization and file syncing functionalities within a suite. Android and iOS apps are available.

Zoho Docs features cloud storage, which allows users to upload different file formats, such as PDF, .Excel, .jpg and HTML. The product also features an email-to-upload feature, which allows users to upload files by emailing them to email addresses generated by Zoho.

Zoho Docs also features secure file transfer, which allows users to manage, edit and share documents using their desktops and mobile devices. The solution employs authentication, encryption, file backup and virus/malware detection algorithms for data security.

Zoho Docs is available in three different pricing plans based on the number of features offered.

    Zoho docs allowed our team to manage and keep our customer feedbacks through cloud. It gave us a chance to get back to previous feedbacks from our clients in case needed. Integration with other Zoho software made everything even easier with more features than just data management.

    Cons

    Loading time is sometimes slower than usual, but other than that, everything to seem to be in place.

    This software helps me to back up my files of frequent use and the most important ones. It is easy to use and synchronize with a space on your computer.

    Manage the test-cases. Share the document with team members. Do my test designs after office time also.

    -- the Same document can access same time by multiple users.
    -- Can sync documents to the local machine using ZOHO Docs windows application.
    -- Allow to attach files from google drive & sync the dropbox with the ZOHO account.
    -- Using smart chat can chat with the team members.

    -- Sometimes changes are not applied properly to the document.
    -- Cannot generate the public links for the documents.

    It helps you to have access to your docs in any place, just using your cellphone, tablet or pc. Also, it's very useful for sharing documents with colleagues

    It's very easy to use. It's similar to other services of cloud storage. Also, it's very useful when you want to share docs with your colleagues.

    Cons

    Sometimes, some documents don't open because they aren't compatible. Also, in the preview view of xs documents, you can't filter the columns

    Zoho docs is an efficient solution for companies that need a cloud and modification of documents in real time. This powerful tool optimizes internal processes, generating greater collective work, competitiveness, performance and productivity, that's why I recommend it as one of the best services to work in the cloud.

    Pros

    In my work it is very important to stimulate collectivism in its different stages and functions, with the firm intention of endowing the investigations with analytical and technical elements of greater depth. Zoho Docs is an excellent alternative for collaborative work and in real time, it allows adjusting and modifying information hosted in the cloud with the purpose of making corrections, append information and modify the data that are necessary.

    Another interesting option of this software is the possibility of previewing documents in the cloud without the need to download. This option saves us a lot of time and effort in downloading the file and the corrections.

    Cons

    Although the platform offers great benefits, has an excellent intuitive system, and offers comprehensive solutions, this platform does not do all the work, therefore it is necessary to hire personnel in the area of accounting and administration to develop more detailed tasks

    It helps me to create & maintain my QA test cases in one place & share within the groups.

    1. Allows creating a word, spreadsheets & presentation related documents.

    3. Can attached files from google drive.

    1. Sometimes added details are not getting save.
    2. When the internet connection is slow document allows to enter the details but not getting applied to the document.

    I like the way to synchronize the files between my pc and the cloud. Is very easy to use, justo copy/paste the files that you need to upload and share. The mobile app is very useful too.

    I always prefer working with multi brand companies like Zoho simply because you do not need to worry about the possibility of integration of certain services that you used to work with before and now need to combine it. Zoho already has everything that you need. Talking deeply the size of the free cloud is big enough so if you are a simple user, not a company, you do not even need to pay for that. But if you will need more memory for storing your files that is also not a problem, the prices are fair enough.

    Cons

    Taking into account the size of this company an obvious minus emerges. Because of the enormous number of users the system of supporting works not as promptly as desirable. They help, of course, they help, but with immediate situations, you will not be likely to get help at once.

    quite nice software, most important things is that Zoho Docs is reliable program I can recommend anybody.

    Zoho docs is great program that allows you store documents inside it with easy and secure way. It is really helpful program to upload and download any kind of documents, whenever you want you can find any kind of documents and share with anyone without any delay.

    I love being able to always have access to all the documents in the organization. When I do not have a new document or form I just ask someone in the office to put it in the shared folders and that's it.

    What I like most is the ease of sharing files with coworkers. Thanks to the cell phone application, we can easily share the documents required by the client.

    I like the way we can share important files with all collaborators. It is also good to eliminate spacious file cabinets in the office. We have replaced them with folders in the cloud.

    Zoho Docs is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Zoho has all feature that make them more unique than their competitors. For us, Zoho is the best platform to be used for our teams in remote regions, also the data usage is much less as compared to the Google applications. Unrestricted mobility and device independence count among the major benefits of Zoho Docs. With this service, it is much easier to share documents internally within the team, and also share documents with clients.

    Cons

    The loading time is a lot more than Google and I think this needs to be changed. Also, the UI breaks in a lot of devices. I strictly believe that there should be a good QA needed. Also, I would like an additional protected folder function.
