Decreases the communication with the team members which is a good thing but can become bad if you don't keep contact and you seem disconnected with the team.

I like the Reconciliation and Checklist functions the best, which is essentially the entire platform, so overall, this system works great and is incredibly helpful for our month-end processes.

Aside from how much we are utilizing the product, we also have had the pleasure of working with a great team at FloQast who have provided excellent customer service.

Faster close process, less likely that items will be missed each month / quarter.

It's also great that this software saves copies of all your files on their Box site.

If I have comments, I simply put those in FloQast and can see the progress and responses. Our close time and costs are cut down by almost one-third.

It created a great structure for making sure everything was done and out staff love the satisfaction of checking off their tasks.

The software is  very user friendly, everything is in one place and has easy audit trails. The customer service is excellent and there are very quick responses.

Excellent product to assist in refining your close process.

We started as a small team of me and two others, where I was doing the main account recs. We were not able to reconcile all the balance sheet accounts and the month-end close process was loose.

We've really cleaned up our books, quickened our close, and kept cleaner records now that we have an easy way to roll documents along from month to month.

Dashboard view is limited at the summary level. Cannot filter notes by who I have assigned them to.

FloQast is a user friendly tool that has helped us organize and control our close process.

We used to use a shared Excel checklist to keep our organization streamlined during the month-end close process, and now we have this great and handy tool to check off in a much easier way.

We quickly saw improvement in completeness and efficiency in closing the month.

The manual process created errors, miscommunication, and delays.

I've had a lot of syncing issues, which can be very frustrating when the software isn't recognizing files or files don't show up.

Having source documents in BOX and toggling between FloQast and BOX is a little bothersome.

The website is intuitive to use and has good visuals. The ability to link to our existing process allowed for easy implementation and instruction to our staff.

We have been working with #FloQast for about 6 months now and this is one of the best investments we have made.

I was not available for the initial release and training, and still found it very end-user friendly. I now use FloQast extensively and am working with my supervisor to add more to the program.

The reconciliation tool integrates with NetSuite to identify unreconciled accounts and whether all the recons have been prepared, using a completeness check.

If you are  a big organization with multi location or multiple processes then this one is for you. But we careful of taking the cost and training requirement before proceeding.

All information (purchase requisition status, procurement status,financial information etc.) are easy accessible to the Project Manager and hence helps in expediting the projects.

I do not have anything that I disliked about this software, it was everything that it promised and more.

You can find a lot of information in the web and that it makes it easy to learn the basics.

Hard to customize and expensive high investment (human resources and money). Requires high skillful staffs to operate.

The SAP is the best platform for medium or high scale industry for specific data separation and evaluation. We can manage the data entry from one to another place and also take advantage of it.

Software sometimes has trouble calculating correct tax and gross amounts for invoices when multiple lines, cost centres, GL accounts, tax codes are entered.

Hard to learn, difficult to use, looks horrible, but now its online.

Speed, accuracy, and efficiency coupled with superior customer support make for a extremely robust application capable of expansion.

Sometimes it is difficult to integrate it with the payment system of national banks. Requires modifications and additional costs.
