Very happy we started using Midigator when we did.
We have been using Midigator to help with chargeback issues during these difficult times. Logistics has proven to be difficult during Covid and I am happy we have tools like Midigator to help.
PROSThe platform itself is very easy to use and effective.
CONSI wish there was more flexibility with the pricing.

Best CB monitoring service ever!
It's been a very positive experience overall. Working with midigator has been extremely easy and whether it's the custom reports they share with me, or their customer support team getting back to us asap whenever we have a question - they cover all bases.

Midigator gives us access to all of the latest programs and services related to Chargebacks. They are always on top of the latest news and have deep insights into what the industry is doing and what is coming next. We have always had great service and communication with the team at Midigator.
PROSIntegration with Midigator is easy and once it's established you have access to their full suite of services and reporting without any additional development effort.
CONSHonestly I don't have anything negative to say about the company or their services.
Reasons for switching to Midigator
We initially integrated directly with Ethoca and Verifi to manage alerts. Then when the companies each introduced additional offerings that required new integrations we decided to find a solution that would handle it all in a single integration. We then handed off the chargeback representments that we were doing manually to their system and realized a significant cost savings and win rate.

Midigator keep us going strong
I love the ease of use of the dashboard, as well as the integrations with our CRM. What used to be a tedious task with marginal results has effectively turned into a money-making part of our business, fighting fraud and chargebacks. We've never been more profitable, and Midigator is a big reason.
CONSI guess the one thing that would be nice is to see a full review of each chargeback fought, but perhaps that's not even available. That's all I have!

Midigator Rocks
Midigator allowed us to use the automation and free up people to do other tasks rather than chasing chargebacks.
PROSThe automation is awesome and the service is set up so you can basically worry about other things knowing Midigator has your back.

Easy Revenue Recovery
There is seldom any problems with midigator. If there is ever a concern or issue, their customer support is right there and on top of it.
PROSThe interface with this software is extremely user friendly. It is easy to set up your own personalized template to ensure all the required information for a chargeback case is concise and ensures that your company can organize all the necessary evidence to make a strong case. The software also has a great layout to view all your personal statistics and history of fighting chargebacks. The prevention flow also helps save time with fighting cases.
CONSSometimes the layout of each case gets disorganized with the occasional glitches.

It Works, but hoping to squeeze more out of it as we get more familiar
I'd say neutral so far. It's helped us locate and prevent a few chargebacks, but hoping that ramps up as we process more transactions.

CONSThe onboarding experience seemed long and a little more drawn out than I'd like. Not all features work fully. The Prevention notifications are easily mistake-able for Chargeback notifications (similar formatting).

WE ran Kount concurrently at one point but when we restarted operations we jumped back in solely with Midigator.

CONSYou have little time to respond and the hard copy doesn't arrive til it is either due or almost due.

PROSbeing able to forecast chargebacks for the month have been great.
CONSSometimes the portal doesn't seem to pull the proper stats from my CRM- Konnektive. Also I would like to be able to setup auto triggers for mids with high chargeback forecast

Midigator Review
The reason why I highly recommend Midigator is actually because of the level of care and help provided by our contact, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] The software/portal is good to, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has driven our implementation no matter how difficult or complex it got. And she has spent so much time helping us, even when it's not always something that makes Midigator more money. That level of support is unmatched and is why we want to build this relationship with Midigator.
PROSI like the dashboards and simplified layout that has sections for each of the types of things that Midigator handles for us. It helps keep a good grasp on how things are going and the impact that Midigator is having on our business.
CONSI don't like that the CB Rates shown are not the CB rates shown or calculated using the transaction counts in the processor portals. Instead our CRM transaction data is used and I'm not sure why since it's less accurate due to a time lag.

Because the level of service was unmatched and the portal is better than the others we had worked with.

Excellent Tools For Fighting Chargebacks
We have realized a great benefit since the automation allows us to put people into other roles rather than chasing chargebacks. It's a huge timesaver.
PROSThe automation is the best part for us. Once the service is set up you can basically just worry about other things knowing Midigator is working for you in the background.
CONSI have no cons at this time since the product works well. Nothing to complain about at all.

One Stop Convenience
Midigator saves a lot of time jumping around to different merchant accounts, and it's simple enough to use that anyone can be trained to utilize the platform.
PROSMidigator aggregates disputes to a single sortable list so that they can be prioritized and addressed.
CONSMy biggest quality-of-life issue with Midigator is that sometimes load times are slow enough to be noticeable, which matters most when there's a lot of work to complete. I would also like the option to store and access templates to fill out routine forms more quickly.

Best Chargeback alert system
This software is fantastic now. Before, I had to log in to two different software, but now both platforms are combined in one Mitigator software, which works great now.

Overall it is software that gets the job done, but nothing spectacular.
PROSSoftware was easy to use once set up and getting around inside the software was simple and self explanatory.
CONSExpensive and reporting is a bit antiquated. It will tell you high level numbers but don't expect any analysis or deep dive.

Thanks Midigator
Overall pretty good. We had some initial road bumps getting it setup and it showing the wrong data but we got it all resolved.
PROSI like that once it's setup, it's pretty set it and forget it.
CONSI wish there were something showing it was actually working. I'm basically trusting that I'm getting an ROI but really have no idea so it's hard to see the value. And more details maybe would be good so we could deep dive easier when issues come up.

It really works!
The team has been extremely helpful. I've always been assisted timely when I have encountered questions.
PROSPrevention alerts are really useful. If your company deals with a high volume of payments, you surely need Midigator to have a heads-up and resolve possible disputes.

Midigator is a breeze to use
So far things are working great. When I have questions I get a response almost immediately from the support staff. They are willing to get on the phone and walk you through the steps to ensure you are doing the alerts correctly.
PROSI have been using this website for awhile and I enjoy being able to go in and see the past alerts that have been completed, then navigating to the new alerts. It is easy.
CONSI am not able to change a response if I make a mistake.

The response from their support team was lacking. We weren't informed in a timely manner if things were changing.
