Fitbudd has been great to date. I've used other softwares like Trainerize and Everfit, and I find Fitbudd the nicest looking and easiest to use. Also, the support has been out of this world. On the other apps, even during the trial, it took a while to get a response even by chat. With Fitbudd, I've been on countless calls during my prep phase, they provide resources, and they are always available to hop on a call...with a REAL PERSON...whenever I need help.

It's so easy to use, the interface is clean, and you get your own website thrown in! I am not a tech person, I'm just trying to use technology to execute my work. This is exactly what I needed to be able to serve my clients best!

I would like if there was a meal logging feature for clients to input outside of a set meal plan. As of now, I will have them do it all by messaging. I would like to put my 1:1 coaching service on the "Plans/Programs" page, where people can then be directed to the initial call, but I cannot do so without putting a price. As this is a high-ticket service, I'd rather not put the price on the web page, but only share it once the call is complete.

Really good customer service. Super helpful. A little pushy at the beginning but very receptive to suggestions and asks.

FitBudd listens to all advice/feature requests and is fairly timely on development and delivery of those suggestions

That Canva doesn’t interstate, need more customizing features for plans, need ability to group clients for group sessions, need option for in person bookings vs just virtual calls. Need more customization in plans / features as it’s currently a little complicated

Futbudd does not care if you are successful or not everything they care about how they are remunerated. No follow up on how the app is working. They can see on their platform, a mis payment, but ignore the performance of app with the company.

The fitbit, my god It is 2022, the context is complicated, for someone who has technical experience. Even me, getting a code from Google then God knows where, I haven't had time to go all around good to connect a simple fit it tracker. By consenting to connect to Fit Tracker, it is not necessary to go through all these hassles. Paying 99$ and yet you get a website is still branded with Fitbudd. The team wants to put you out there, once you provide whatever information to start your app, they lunch the with whatever information without verifying or improvement nor advice on how to make it stand out. In my opinion For this price per month, the design of the webpage should have designed more attractive.

The fact that the user needs to put the description of all exercises.

My overall experience is 10/10. Any issue or question I have had has been responded to and fixed within hours. The support team is super responsive and helpful. I love the app. One thing I would like to see in the future is a "coaches app" instead of just the dashboard website. Would make it easier. And maybe I don't know how, but I would like to get notifications when my clients finish a workout.

I love the pre built webpage they provided me with that I was able to customize. It looks phenomenal, and is very user friendly. I also love that the YouTube videos I attach start playing instantly. And the rest timers are a nice touch.

I don't love that I can't list services without a price. I would like to list packages without the price, because they vary depending on the amount of time. I would like to have the option to send them an invoice, versus them just going month to month. Some of the exercises I don't like that they're GIFs instead of videos, but I do love that I can just add my own.

Overall, it's a very good system to use for online coaching. I have a been following my own program to work through the kinks and be able to coach effectively to my clients.

The ability to manage clients and communicate with them is great. The exercise library is extensive.

I feel a few features are cumbersome and have a few bugs to work out. to put it all together it takes a bit of learning, would be helpful to have some walk through videos.

I just started in August and I haven't even launched my site officially yet. I need to get a few more pieces of information and understand how to run the site more and what customers can expect and what I can expect before I start getting money from clients.

FitBudd is very user friendly and what I was looking for. I used another platform previously but this one seemed more of a better fit for me professionally and personality-wise.

I don't like that I have to connect with team members for questions so early in the day and that we are on different sides of the world. I wish there was some type of chat box for questions needing to be answered quickly instead of an online video call.

I didn’t like the fact that there’s not a lot of variety when it comes to food. Especially if I were to meal plan, it’s not very effective to e but time consuming to put together a meal plan.

So far my experience has been awesome. I signed up for the trial, talked to their customer support about my needs and what I was looking for, and they helped me get started.

Setup took a couple weeks but they were nice to work with. But struggling setting up all my workouts and nutrition due to time constraints( takes time)

I'm not sure what I dislike about Fitbudd.

My entire training process with my staff is smoother, the visuals are incredible, and clients are MUCH more likely to check in and chat with me in the messenger since it's just so incredibly smooth. It's cheap too. Like REALLY cheap. The retention you'll see from using a product like FitBudd is worth every couple of dollars you spend per client per month. This is a no brainer.

IT IS SO CUSTOMIZED. The entire sign up and download process is extremely smooth, and your clients are going to ask you how much you paid to create an application this impressive. Nothing but raving reviews from clients paying in the THOUSANDS for training packages.

A few UI bugs on the trainer side, but nothing a quick page refresh can't fix. Any anything that I've ever had an issue with is resolved THAT NIGHT by the tech support team... we're talking like ANY issue I've had (even problems I've misunderstood as user error) are immediately handled.

I love that the app is very simple to see what is needed of you each day, and adding pictures allows you to customize the feel to your individual business. Creating an app is INCREDIBLY hard to do yourself for the non-tech trainer. Fitbudd takes all the tech away so you can focus on your training!

I least liked that my clients cannot log their own workouts, and that the programs do not load to their accounts as soon as they sign up. I also struggled with the clients not being able to see their past workout progress... BUT I was incredibly impressed that the owner was able to tell me when these features would be added, so I can plan my life accordingly. And they are all in the next 6 months which really excite me! I appreciate that the company is small enough that they are willing to take our requests so seriously.

I'm fairly happy and definitely enjoy the fact that they respond and make changes we ask for

So far FitBudd has been everything I need and already done for you and simple to change out branding and template to start using their services fairly quick.

The initial call was great and I was paying for another app that I wasn't seeing the financial benefits for and happy that I was able to easily set up my site myself and use FitBudd instead of the other app that cost more but doesn't offer an easy done for you set up, that I skipped the trial and started the set up the 1st day.

I wished there was a way to build your own community like a Facebook group, so that I don't have to keep the other app that offers that feature.

Though I'm very new to the software and program, the big thing for me is their communication. We hit a few hiccups during the development phase (for my app), and the fact they were always reaching out, giving me updates, even scheduling video calls with me for better communication; you can't ask for much more. Especially when you've no idea how to do this and "putting your business in the hands of someone you don't know." Very comforting.

The fact I wanted my own app, but had no clue how to do so, FitBudd helped me to change that. Their support team is excellent at getting back in a very timely fashion & staying in contact with updates and info. Especially during the development phase.

It’s easy to build fitness programs on the app and customize. I love the chat box and the logging of nutrition.

As mentioned before. I cannot upload meal plans and the calculations the system makes for their calories and macros is off. I don’t know where those numbers are coming from. I calculate my own and make my own meal plans.

My overall experience with FitBudd has remained very positive and uplifting. I truly appreciate the support of their team. They are amazing to have on your side. They are FOR you and they WANT you to succeed!

I felt very blessed to learn of FitBudd. After watching the pandemic destroy my in person business from March 2020 thru December 31, 2021, I was forced to close my facility permanently. I searched for a year or two for an App that would hold my attention as well as be a fit for my business; as I was rebuilding, rebranding and redesigning my "in-person" business to online/remotely and globally. FitBudd has remained an amazing blessing to me. After I did the onboard call to see the App in action and learn about it, I was sold! It was EXACTLY what I had been searching for! Easy to use. Easy to set up and tailor to fit the needs of my clients and business. Easy to design and create programs. Customer Support is a HUGE PLUS and a HUGE HELP!! I am new to the App industry for business; FitBudd is my "ideal app client".

I think the Exercise Library needs to have a lot more options in there. I have had to take time to add in so many exercises and techniques. And exercises/techniques that are common.

Fitbudd is helping to resolve the issues that come with scaling an online coaching business. I was using spreadsheets and documents before, which actually had advantages and some clients still prefer. However, as your business grows it can become difficult to keep track and remain efficient. Keeping all data, including nutrition in one place makes the opportunity to scale almost limitless.

I love that fact that you can keep all client information in one place. The customer support is outstanding. I love the different metrics that the app provides so that you can track multiple aspects of client progress. I also love that the structure of the app allows the business owner the flexibility to be creative with how you present your app. You can add your own pictures, videos and really make it personal.

There are a few things I would like to see added, however as I have been using the app I have seen much improvement and new features keep on being added. This is great for both myself and my clients to see. I would like to see better calendar syncing, and a copy and paste feature for the nutrition tracker. To be honest though, I haven't come across anything I would say I dislike yet. There can be some glitches occasionally but that is the case is most apps and I observe that things keep on improving.
