Such as getting rid of nutrition area all together if needed for a certain plan or putting the nutrition area above the workout section. But the more I used the app the more I found out it was all a sales scam to get me to buy. Nothing they said worked. #### Cons Everything! They promised me I could track sessions with clients buying session packages. I couldn’t even schedule My clients. Then the worst part was they said my customer could pay with card and AMEX. I also love that it's constantly being improved as it has been for the last 2 years that I've been utilizing the program. Opening up new opportunities allow me to scale on the way that is productive for our Legacy #### Cons Not easy to access client information from anywhere other than messages or client list. I feel that if I have an appointment with a client, by clicking on the actual appointment I should be able to have more options than rescheduled and cancel. I should be able to also access the profile of the client. Anywhere that I could find the client's name should give me an option to access information. Also doing side by side comparisons especially for producing before and after documents is not a feature that you all excelled in. I'd recommend also partnering with a company like macro stacks. As it is there is no AI or any built-in mechanism to help automate nutrition in a way that will allow the client to be accountable if they're paying for the service #### Reasons for choosing FitBudd Price and simplicity and scalability. I have asked a lot of questions since coming onboard and you continue to support me and answer them all. The actual app and system. It’s Fantastic! I researched for 4 months and downloaded Everfit, Trainerize, TrueCoach, PT Distinction, Nudge Coach, Coach AI. I also considered Macro Active and Lenus ALL before committing to Fitbudd. They all lacked something or had a lack of personalisation. Bharti was just brilliant on our initial call and so helpful. #### Cons The extra charge to add a ‘Schedule a call’ tab. So frustrating as it’s available through the app but you make us pay $50 to add a tab. Just doesn’t stack up. Come on FitBudd!! Also some AI support for workout and meal plan building is a basic now. Great CRM tools available as well. Everything is super easy from the nutrition food plans and creating workouts are effortless. Best value for online coaches hands down. #### Cons No real complaints from my end. everything has been effortless and easy to use.
