It's not complicated at all. It's worth every penny you pay for it my company has been using Rhinofit for 3 years now and have never had a problem.

Great software, great features, needs some functionality and streamlining customizations for clients.

I've lost count how many times I called with a question and no one answered. The times someone did answer, the representative frequently had no solution to my issue.

And worst of all, they prebill. I cancelled my subscription on the last day of my billing cycle, but they said that they had already run my card and could not / would not issue any refund.

I like that the software is easy to use and keep track of member progress. I also like that each member has their own portal.

Level of functionality and ease of initial set up. There are lot's of features that I did not have with previous software.

Changes occasionally fail to implement, some key features are difficult to find.

The cost-to-benefit ratio is just too good to pass up, giving my company all that we need for a price we can afford.

My members often complain about the app not working. They are unable to utilize the data features or reserve classes (which is hard on the coaches).

Very user friendly and love all the integrations that can be added to our website.

Rhino Fit offers excellent business management kiosk all is streamlined user friendly but accepting payment online through software is issue.

It was fairly easy to set up. And my boss really likes the check in feature.

My gym members complain about signing into class beforehand because the app is hard to navigate and it is really hard to use the calendar.

UI is confusing and you will constantly make a tiny error that resets an entire action you were performing.

My purchasing decision is price-driven. Dealing with the Rhinofit staff has been the worst B2B experience I have ever had in my 12 year career.

The service offered is however very good, the customer support from RhinoFit is always polite and humble, which is an absolute add-on.

That was why we went with Rhinofit and it is disappointing that there are issues with it.

The software on-boarding never happened, the shipment was over a month late, and I was misquoted and over charged for my hardware.

Pricing is very good or what it offers. It has been a benefit inside of our gym with transactions.

This system is very functional and scalable. You don't get charged extra for having more members and they have a lot of features built-in.

Online reservation is rapid and easy for the member, member profil is complete with benchmark and a lot of information.

Most of the time when I need help there is someone to answer customer service.

I like that most everything is on the site but the calendar Integration into ICal or other calendar apps makes me rethink some things.

But the good thing is, we always contact the customer service and they are pretty helpful to solve the problem.

Great overall experience. Everyone is very helpful if I have questions or need any kind of help.

The customer service was horrible people are very rude. They don’t explain the software to you, they rushed through on boarding.

It's appearance and ease of use. It allows me to add and track important information that I like to keep track of.

Sales process was the worst I have ever experienced. Customer service follow up was the worst I have ever experienced.

Good service but some simple tweaks could make it SO much better.

My overall experience with RhinoFit has been excellent. My gym has  been open for approximately 6 months, so there is still much to learn.
