  • I work in the area of human resources, and fracttal can help me improve personnel management registration and the costs generated in each work order in an agile, easy and efficient way.
  • When you use it you will increase your clients satisfaction and will reduce costs.
  • Cons

  • That information is stored on their cloud. It is more vulnerable than having a local working software.
  • There are not many things to say. One particular example of how to calculate the estimated average value of a meter seems poor to me.

  • We love that you don't have to be a 'techie' to use the software, and I think that definitely helps broaden our pool of potential volunteers.
  • It's easy to train our new drivers, it's easy to enter or edit information. Steve Ewart is quite responsive to requests for changes, fixes, etc., very easy to work with, and very fun and pleasant.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes it is difficult to see because it is initially small.
  • I'm on the east coast so communication with the west coast can be tricky. It sometimes takes many emails or calls to get a response to questions.
