I really appreciated the ease in inputting the ingredients of my products and how quickly the information is calculated.

Challenge is there is no double check. All the information must be entered correctly.

I found this product very easy to use. I like how it looks and the layout of it.

If not for the customer service and their quick responses, I would have cancelled.

Sometimes processing of the ROE is not instance as it is in other payroll programs that I use. And no reminder email if by change I missed processing one of the payrolls.

I don't like that the website does not work very well from phone/tablets. I can't approve hours or shift changes unless I'm at a desktop/laptop.
