"We've used it to create pipelines for several projects, as it can integrate with other applications like Planning Center and CRM tools like Go High Level."

"It significantly improved efficiency, reduced paperwork, and enhanced data visibility across operations. While it is not a full replacement for a bespoke system, it serves as an excellent foundation for building and validating internal processes before scaling further."

"The operational downside is that we then have to identify and refund the duplicate charge. While refunds are straightforward to process, the original merchant processing fees are still incurred, which means we lose money on transactions that were never meant to be duplicated in the first place."
