Terrible experience, I will be cancelling my membership and will be using another platform. Kira, Kennedy, Karol, Charissa, all useless. This company is a joke and is a complete scam!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 2/5
- Value for money: 1/5

#### Pros

Nothing about this service is good. It's confusing, and nobody gives you any support.

#### Cons

Customer service is a complete joke. They create updates and don't let their clients know. They only provide email support and 8 people reply back with irrelevant answers. Not personalized at all. We have lost over 10k in revenue due to their updates with no notice. You cannot call the support team, and they do not help at all with issues and they gaslight you. I pay for the advanced subscription, and there is no support.

### Easy-to-Use Form Builder with Plenty of Options

Overall, Wufoo is a fantastic, customizable form builder that so far has met all of our needs in some capacity. Any complaints about the product are extremely few and far between.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The nicest thing about Wufoo is how simple the user interface is. On multiple occasions, I've been tasked with introducing staff members to the platform. Usually, I only give them a simple assignment and have them build something in Wufoo with limited or no instruction. The fact that all of those staff members were able to successfully create forms and utilize multiple functions tells me that the interface is straight-forward, understandable, and very, VERY user-friendly.

#### Cons

This is not a problem that most users will experience. That said, I created a form that utilized 'branching & logic,' some deeper features that many people might not ever use, depending on their needs. Ultimately, I was creating a form that had all of the US states, and depending on which state was selected, it would display certain information or fields. It was unfortunate to discover that Wufoo maxes out at 50 lines in the 'branching & logic,' meaning I had to break up the form into multiple forms to be able to fit everything. It wasn't ideal, but I fully recognize it is an inconvenience that most users will not experience.

#### Reasons for choosing Wufoo

Wufoo's extremely easy-to-use interface, great pricing, and customization made it the standout choice.

#### Reasons for switching to Wufoo

Both SurveyMonkey and Wufoo are great products, but in the end, I believe it was the price and the user interface that made us choose Wufoo.

Wufoo is more visually appealing and has an easy-to-navigate user experience. One notable difference between Gravity forms and Wufoo, for instance, is that the setup process for Wufoo is significantly easier.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Wufoo is simple to use, even for individuals with limited technological expertise, because to its functionality and design. Forms can be professionally designed with custom branding. The creation of user-friendly forms can benefit from branching.

#### Cons

In comparison to other platforms, customer assistance isn't very good. Wufoo's lack of an offline option has drawn criticism from users, who claim that this restricts access in places with poor internet.

#### Reasons for switching to Wufoo

There is room for improvement in its user experience.

### A little dated, but fully functional, easy, and inexpensive.

I used Wufoo to quickly stand up some entry forms for a few different systems - an internal IT ticketing system (via Zendesk), and a couple different project management tools (via Asana and JIRA). All of these groups were getting too many ad-hoc requests either via desk walkups or emails to a departmental address. We set up entry forms, sent the entries to the appropriate systems, and used those as the official channels to request help from. It worked great and allowed for quick changes to the forms as necessary.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Wufoo is cheap and easy. It's a great scrappy solution for entry forms that need quick and easy setup and integrations with things like ticketing systems or project management tools.

#### Cons

When I was using Wufoo, the interface and site felt pretty dated - like it was built in 2005 and hadn't been restyled or had much improvement since. That said, it looks like they've done some minor improvements in the last year and the look/feel doesn't really matter as it's purely a functional tool.

#### Reasons for choosing Wufoo

Low cost and ease of setup. Wufoo is a scrappier solution for something that ultimately is a temporary solution.

#### Reasons for switching to Wufoo

I wanted something more 'official' than a Google Form and with better options for how and where to output the responses.

#### Pros

I like that you can create any type of form you want, as detailed as you need.

#### Cons

While you can do a lot with building forms, it is rather difficult to learn how to build in-depth forms, especially since you cannot call their support, it's all done through email.

#### Reasons for choosing Wufoo

Can do so much more with building in-depth forms.

#### Cons

I love Wufoo. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend. It's easy to use, fun, and simple. And, it has so much more than you expect from a form-builder.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5

Some of my favorite things are the friendly and playful nature of the admin-portal help text; the ability to brand and customize with images and colors; the ability to customize automations, subject lines, confirmations, etc.; the conditional form fields for complex and detailed data, the ease-of-use. It's one of my favorite tools to recommend.

#### Cons

Nothing; the platform is excellent. The only reason we have ever chosen not to use it, was because we needed more robust features for a specific purpose.

#### Reasons for choosing Wufoo

Ease of use, customization, more features.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

Wufoo is the most user-friendly and most fun of all survey-building software I've used. It has good analytics, makes it easy to share your survey & export your data, and makes it easy to build a survey how you want it--including providing commonly used questions like "email" and "address," which always saved me a bit more time. Wufoo ranks highest in my book in terms of fun because it makes the participant experience quirky and colorful--it's good for information gathering, simple forms, and registrations (especially since you can integrate payment so easily!). It may not be my go-to for the most complex of surveys, but for a quick form or event registration it is my program of choice.

#### Cons

Wufoo as a website often has some difficulties--the website can be down, I've had trouble accessing because without clearing my history, etc. When I've relied on Wufoo for work, this has undoubtedly caused me frustration and costed me time, but nonetheless I am still a fan.

This allow us to easily track and process orders through our CRM. Wufoo has many features including notifications, payments, custom templates, etc. These features allow us to brand the forms we create in Wufoo, connect the purchaser to the payment portal through the form, and keep various department members on top of incoming orders and subscriptions. Using Wufoo forms to fill a need in our department has freed up our developers to work on more pertinent and profitable projects. Started using Wufoo in 2014 on the recommendation of an acquaintance, they auto-billed me and even raised the amount through the years without notifying me (not sure how that's legal but it happened), first time I tried canceling the services was in Dec 2019, sent them an email and nothing, I forgot about it until I saw the auto-renewal charge in December of 2021, this time I went onto the site and tried canceling, even filled out the customer support ticket after which I received a confirmation email and thought that was it, to my surprise it was not, they billed me again in December of 2022, now I had enough, this company is perpetrating theft and using some "Survey Monkey" terms and services to which I never agreed to justify the theft. Business owners beware, use google forms they are free. Worst subscription company ever.

Wufoo is easy to use for basic forms. The drag and drop feature allows you to build a new form in minutes and set up notifications when new submissions are received. You can format the text itself, but you need to be careful because it gets easily stripped from the code.

#### Cons

Working with the form or field logic can be tricky. This is done on a separate page from your form, so it's difficult when you need to go back to your form to review anything. Logic can be applied at a field or page level but unfortunately cannot be easily duplicated.

This has solved our business problem of users not being able to send attachments through the contact form on our website. I would reccomend for others to give this a try if they are also looking for a solution to that issue.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Wufoo is a great tool for organizations that have their websites made through Squarespace. Since Squarespace does not allow users to create forms with attachment options to them, Wufoo is a great solution to that. Through Wufoo, we have been able to create contact forms where our audience can also attach documents that they may wish to include. This has been very useful and I will continue to utilize Wufoo in the future for any additional forms that I may need to create.

#### Cons

While Wufoo is overall a good tool to use, what I really dislike is how there are limitations placed on the free version of this software. I don't think that the pricing for Wufoo is reasonable for small organizations that may not require a subscription as much as others. Due to the pricing, we have stuck with the free option but are often hindered by the limits placed on users who create free forms.
