The ability to have the customer as the focus and centralized around them is fantastic, it is the best system for customer support that I have used in 20 years.

Inability to use external signatures in Gladly.

It's a comfort to know that each day when I log on I have such a reliable program to contact customers with.

It takes a while to adjust to the layout and design, and you have to be cautious to not have multiple tabs of it open or it will effect your analytics.

Reliability, ease of use, efficiency, customer profile management, communication history via all channels,  integration.

It makes it so easy to ensure that customers have had great experiences and uncover opportunities for agent improvement. I love the task creation process- it makes it so easy to track.

I dislike when you are trying to merge a call you have to press the hang-up button then it gives you the option to merge.

I like how you can edit tasks, have a due date for them, assign people to tasks, etc. Gladly is easy to use and visually appealing to be simple.

The phones would say a call was coming in and there would be no button for me to answer it and it wouldn't be ringing.

The ability to see all customer interactions with those also on Gladly. The ability to add notes and tasks related to each customer helps keep things organized and the customer served.

I loved the ability to communicate with our customers with ease. It also easy to organize your inbox which is convenient.

Overall Gladly has been a great and easy experience.

The cancel button for emails. It needs to have a prompt that asks if we are sure we want to cancel.

It is an amazing program to use for call centers.

You can't unmerge a customer once accidentally linked or merged.

I like how they have added the features to cancel and refund within the website instead of access the student's accounts on a different website.

JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best.

Its a good solution for user management, makes work easier and provides good security solutions.

This has a great integration with Google allowing the ability to manage resources outside of the office environment.

It allows single-sign-on (SSO) across a variety of systems. For me, of particular interest was having Linux and G Suite SSO, for which JumpCloud provides an excellent solution.

10 free licenses for life - great for custom jobs and adhoc deployments. These licenses are feature rich as well.

The SSO integration is a great feature which is included in the standard plan, and allows us to save money and resources on having an additional solution in our tech stack.

Also, setting up the RADIUS server is difficult because there are so many different kinds of networking devices.

Great integrations with other apps (we use Office365 for most clients). With JumpCloud a small company really doesn't need a Windows Active Directory server on premises any longer.

Customer on boarding is superb and there are new features added all the time.

I like using the commands feature mostly out of the all of the modules. It allows me to automate my environment and support my helpdesk effectively from behind the scenes.

Its ease of use for integrating into the infrastructure was very easy.

Once I got over the initial installation and understanding of the install process we have been successful at setting up a handful of computers.

I like the integrations and synchronizations to other applications. Specifically, we use a hybrid AD approach.

I love the ability of being able to manage computers and apps from anywhere that I am at. I do not have to be in the office to manage anything.

There is plenty of good documentation to read if you are cautious like me. I found that many features just worked and were intuitive to implement.

Recently, extremely useful additional capabilities have further enabled the value of this solution.

Older features don't have reporting enabled where new features all have logging in mind when building. Often falling back to REST API to perform tasks which not available on admin gui.

We love that it has so many SSO integrations, too.

No MDM support for Linux and there are lots of features missing for Linux OS.

I have been very happy with the price and reliability of the services that I need from JumpCloud. I don't use them all, but what I do use, I use extensively.

Their technical support has been very helpful and responsive in the few (maybe two times in two years?) I've needed to call them.

This software was very easy to use and set up. Customer Service was great during the set up process.
