I started using it as a necessity during the pandemic shut down. It's now enabled me to keep my home office running and I love being able to work from home.

I can use my Mac at home to run my PC remotely. The Mac doesn't run my legal management software. But using GoToMyPC, I can open my work computer from anywhere my Mac or my MacAir Laptop or even my iPad goes.

My office computer does have to stay on all the time. It does sometimes (rarely) lose the connection and I need to reinstall GoToMyPC. I think that's happened three times since I started using it 3 years ago so that's not so bad!

This product WAS useful. Years ago, before it was purchased by whomever... Between the down time and cost I wouldnt recommend this useless app to my dog.

I would recommend it to another person. I am very happy with the product. I have used it for at least ten years and it fills our needs quite nicely.

I like how easy it is to use. I work from home and remote into the office, and when I travel it is easy for me to keep on top of things. It was easy to install and the directions for use were clear. This was important to me as I am not very tech savy.

I have been a long time customer and it seems like the cost jumped quite a bit a few years ago.

It's been fantastic - I can work from home or while traveling, I can print to any location if necessary.

It's fast and easy to use - exactly as if you were working on your desktop - and I can print to my office or to my location, which is fabulous. It enables me to work from any location.

I don't have any criticisms - I think it's a fabulous product, saves me from being tied to one physical office.

There is no feature that I dislike. However, pricing is a bit steep for a small business owner servicing multiple clients.

I've used it for a while until I came across with TeamViewer and decided to switch. Overall Gotomypc is definitely a robust remote connectivity solution, but the pricing and the outdated UI makes it not the first choice for many people.

1. It delivers on what it promises - you can log in to a remote computer and work on it with minimal lag. 2. The connection is usually very stable and once you get familiar with the SW, it becomes a second nature to use. 3. It's one of the industry veterans, so the solution is pretty robust and reliable.

1. Feels so 1990... Everything looks and feels a little old-school, starting from their website and to the actual software UI. Some would not be bothered by graphics, though. 2. Pricing is not intended for personal use - if you just want to help out your parents, use TeamViewer. This is clearly targeted at enterprise with deep pockets. 3. Not as versatile as TeamViewer, lacks features like having one-time passwords for quick one-off remote sessions.

I use GoToMyPC every day to access documents that I need on remote computers. It is terrific! The file transfer is easy and fast.

GoToMyPC is extremely easy to set up, to use, to teach to others. You can use it on any platform, any time. Very user friendly and when I did have an issue, the customer service rep was very pleasant and fixed our issue in no time.

There is really nothing that I don't like about GoToMyPC!

The software is plug-n-play. Once you log on, it's as if I am in front of my desktop computer. In fact, I prefer to use my laptop and connect to my desktop remotely, even though I am just sitting on my couch. I also love that I can work anywhere in the world as long as I have an Internet connection. It has allowed me the freedom to work remotely since 2001-ish. Without it, I could not do what I do and have the life that I have - being a stay-at-home mom and bookkeeper. I also forgot to mention the drag-and-drop feature for copying files from one computer to another is also a useful feature.

The price. Having used the software when it used to be under $100 per year to now paying over $350 per year is a little hard to swallow. However, I do use this software more than any other; so, I have justified the cost in that way.

It's simple to use and hasn't had many glitches. The last update was a bit inconvenient because it lasted into the work week, but that's not usually the case. Being able to work remotely gives me a lot of freedom to not spend gas money or additional travel time when it's not necessary to be physically in our office. With internet speeds increasing and everyone using online sources to bill and receive payments, paperwork has been shifting to PDF and ACH and cloud-based sources. Physically opening envelopes is become obsolete.

The software provides a real-time connection to my office computers so that I can work from anywhere as if I were in the office. And I can connect with the owner's computer while he spends time in a warmer place during the winter. Being able to directly transfer files for him to review is critical because most of the files are too large to email. I can also organize his desktop.

The cost is becoming higher every year. Compared to when I first started using this software, it's very costly. I've been using it for 20 years without a break.

Balancing personal matters and interests with running my business

I can access my home office Desktop from anywhere in the world! When I return home from a business trip I have to spend zero time and effort to catch up with personal and other business happenings

Lifesaver even before all this! Remote login in allows me to spend more time with my family instead of being stuck at the office running reports. I can do start it and monitor from home while spending time with my kids. Have used for many years prior to 2020 so when I had to use it to work from home I was already familiar with the features. Could not imagine working without it.

Easy to use. Able to change options such as add a computer/ user or remove. Remote login was a time saver before 2020 but during this last year became essential. Before I could use it on vacation if a need or question arose while I was out of office. As a medical practice is valuable to be able to have access to our schedule from home in the even of bad weather. Being able to still work while being remote during 2020 was a lifesaver. It's a total mirror of the desktop you're remoting in to. I have access to everything I need. The activity log is great for helping to log hours worked or review activity.

It's not the software's issue but I wish there was a way to restore power to the pc you are trying to log in to without being on site. Our office can experience power outages during bad weather or high winds (we are located in Oklahoma) and I am unable to remote in if power has been lost at the desktop.

This was easy to install and use, good customer support. A critical part of our operations that we can rely on.

This allows our station team to monitor and make daily program updates easily and efficiently; also enables us to monitor when needed. Use friendly with very good customer support. If you need to rely on a remote access application, this has worked very well our, highly recommended.

My overall experience is a very good one. This tool is easy to install reliable, and response time is seamless.

The feature I like the most is the capability to reliably, and seamlessly, transfer large files from one PC to another (from one state to another as our employees are spread out).

There really is not much to dislike. Very rarely I may lose connectivity but typically it is not due to the software but a telecommunications issue.

Often on the weekends, when our office is closed, our associates will need assistance with something, and GoToMyPC allows me to quickly log on and work just as if I was sitting at my desk! I can even send things to my printer and they will be sitting there when I arrive on Monday morning!

LOVE that with GoToMyPC, I can work from anywhere, just as if I was sitting at my desk. I know most apps are available on line, but I love having access to my local files and downloads and even my printers!

The only feature that I use a lot that is a bit cumbersome is switching from one screen to another. My work desk utilizes two monitors, and switching back and forth between them can be a bit awkward on my laptop ... especially (for instance) if my email is on one monitor and I want to get a document into a file that happens to be on the other screen. That drag and drop often takes me a couple of times to accomplish.

Excellent service and use for the past 10 years or so that I have had it. You have a customer for life.

I like the way it works with multiscreen I briefly tried another simiar service no where close. I like the quick sign on.

I wish the price to put it on a 2nd computer was cheaper. When I first started with you, there was a 2 machine price that was very reasonable. I had it on my work and home computers. Made life very easy. When you changed the price structure I had to eliminate it. I have it on my personal desktop and would like to be able to go back to work laptop as well. Willing to pay a little more, just not as much as you charge now. This is my only wish, but I have learned to live without it.

This software has made it easy for me to attend to multiple locations and given me the ability to login and assist or work no matter where I am. I've recommended it to many others as an easy way to navigate within a small business with more than one location. It's made it working remotely an option.

I have used this software for over 10 years. I have difficulty using a lot of digital flows. This one almost never fails me to work right away. The one time I had a password problem, it was quickly remedied by software support. 100 percent satisfied with remote access from my home into my office server. Allows go response time for after hour patient concerns.

I have no problem with the software and I am beyond the age of computer literate people.

The ability to access remote computers via seeing & working on their screens rather than just seeing files. This is critical for not only working , but leaving on screen notes for host users.

The pricing is becoming very high. There isn't much I don't like about the software itself. It works very well.
