  • Pros

  • Highrise is economical and provides many good features. The program allows for ease in putting in contacts and notes.
  • Also ,a surprisingly complete version on mobile,which helps you make dynamic changes in real time. It is reasonably priced and easy to work it.
  • Cons

  • My only major complain is that the desktop version is very limited in capabilities. Constantly being online for the full product is not always an option.
  • Lack of updates and financial tracking. Disappointed that they are not continuing.

  • Easy to setup and easy to understand on daily usage, the relations between grouping, help desk and catalog is superb.
  • What I like most about this software is its simplicity. However, it's robust at the same time.
  • Cons

  • Requests are difficult to find via search functionality. Search often returns irrelevant results.
  • The reports that can be generated with the system are impractical and visually poor.
